I bought a dining room cafe table online from Shippingfreefurniture.com for pretty cheap and was very excited about it. After about 2 weeks I finally received the table and was very excited about it. As I was opening the box, I noticed there was little to nothing protecting the table and the top piece was broken. It was not salvageable as the wood itself was actually broken and I decided to send it back. I tried to order a replacement and they were out of stock of the one I got and all the other ones that were similar. I ended up settling for another table that was a bit more expensive and not as lovely as the one I got but I was really eager to just have a dining room table. The manager of the company was very helpful and attentive and we finally got the new table shipped and he sent me a shipping label for the broken table so FedEx could pick it up when they delivered the new one. About a week later I got a phone call from an employee of ShippingFreeFurniture asking me what time the next day would be best for delivery and we had agreed on 2. I took the afternoon off to wait for the delivery and at about 5 I called to see what was going on. The manager said it must have been a mistake that FedEx was not coming until the next day. The gentleman who called about the order ended up sending me an apology email about how he was new. I was very aggravated about missing work but I got over it. The day I intended to respond to his email letting him know it was quite alright, I received my new table. When I got it, the box had a huge hole in the front of it from simply not being packaged properly once again. I opened the box and saw that once again the table I had ordered was broken. This time it was due to screws being ripped out and it could possibly be fixed. Irritated, getting ready to leave town, and having no desire to go find a new box to package this table as the old one was ruined, I emailed the company to let them know and sent them a photo. I also told them I wanted to keep it but I wanted half back of what I spent. They told me they only get $50 from the manufacturers and can only give me $100. I said absolutely not and told them I wanted to return it and I would also be reporting them to the BBB for all the hassle they have caused me. They finally offered half back and I was glad. I had no intentions of writing them a review because it was taken care of except I just got done building two of the bar stools that came with the table and they are both lopsided. I do not recommend anyone to buy the cheaper furniture on this site. The chairs from the first table were almost impossible to assemble and these weren't quite as hard but clearly they were not made well. Maybe they get better when they get pricier? Total waste of money because when I buy a nice table, no one is even going to want to buy this old lopsided table for even 50 bucks.

Very good furniture! Their site was easy to navigate and prices were reasonable and the order process is simple. I found TV stand style excellent with good quality and my husband put them together easily. I have been using the TV stand for long time and never found any problem. Overall, they are one of the best trusted retailers on the Internet and I recommend looking at them first when you are going to buy furniture.
