Ridiculous company. They constantly delay delivery and do not communicate at all. I constantly had to reach out to them to hear that my order was delayed again. They act as though they are ‘victim’ of all kinda of unforeseen reasons and that their customers should please understand. To me it is clear they just don’t have their business in order but they make it the problem of the customer. I asked for my money back as they still have not delivered but they replied for me to please have patience. They do not even pay back when asked!!

Over 1000 euro paid and no couch arrived. Company asked for 1 star review to removed "immediately" but they had my money and I had no couch and also no location for it except it would arrive. If that doesn't deserve 1 star, I don't know what does.

They seem to use what is written to twist things and alter facts when belt reviewed but there are quite a few 1 star reviews when googled...Strangely they get 5 star or 1 star....I wonder which ones are real??? Buyer beware.

Free delivery on our sofas which is nice. Everything arrived as we expected and looks great i will recommend to other people.
