I ordered and paid for a dining table on 5/4/13, I was told that it would be delivered on 5/21/13. on 5/21/13 after the table was not delivered on the promised delivery date, I called and was told they would call me back. they never called back. I had to call back again and was told that it would be another 3 weeks before they would have the table. I waited another 3 weeks and again the table did not show up on the delivery date that they promised. I called and again and they told me they would call me back but, they never called back again. After I called them back they told me it would be delivered within a couple of days. After a couple of days no delivery again. I called them once again because they don't bother to call their customers ever and explain what has happened, but they told me they would have to call me back. They never called back again so I had to call back again to find out why I still haven't received my table but they wouldn't answer the phone. In fact I called probably 7 times until they closed but no one answered the phone, probably because they were trying to thing of the next lie to tell me. I called the next day and they told me that they couldn't get the table and there are no refunds. They said I had to pick something else from them but I couldn't get my money back. after I searched their site I settled for something else. It is now 6/21/13 which is one month after the table was supposed to be delivered and nearly 2 months after I have purchased it but I finally received a call that the delivery will be between 1:00pm and 4:00pm. Well at 5:00 there was no table or no call to explain what is going on so once again I had to call them. they said they were running late and they might be there at 7:00. well after wasting my entire day since 1:00 the table showed up at 8:15 at night. Read reviews on these people before you get screwed like many people have, Google red tag mattress reviews. They claim they have changed management but it is the new management that is horrible so don't be fooled.

I just got off the phone with (name removed). Again, I just want to tell you how much I TRULY appreciate you guys! Even though I didn't get to see my sleeper sofa ahead of time, it looks EXACTLY like I expected it to...EVEN BETTER! (Name removed) and (name removed) were so incredibly professional, going beyond my expectations with their service. I will definitely be recommending you guys to all of my friends and will be using you myself in the future. With so many disappointments in the service industry these days, it's nice to know that there are STILL great people that live up to their word! If I had one word to describe you guys, it would be UNEXPECTED (and in the BEST possible way)!
