SO, I ordered a table, which was fine. However, I paid about 1/6 of the amount of money I paid for the table for "white glove" service. They were here for possibly ten minutes, threw the table together, and then wouldn't take away the old table and chairs. ARE YOU SERIOUS? How is this "white glove?!"I will never order from them again and certainly never bother with "white glove" again. Ughhhh Their big solution was to pay ANOTHER $169 dollars to deliver the table I originally wanted. Hate this service. Ridiculous.

Paid For 2pc Sectional... Only Received Half
We ordered a 2-piece sectional through their site. Delivery was intended to be for one week from purchase. The day before delivery, we received a phone call stating that half the sectional was damaged and we'd receive the half that wasn't damaged, and then the rest "by the end of the month"... I figured that was only 2 weeks away.. no biggie.. 2 weeks go by, we get an email stating that it arrived in the warehouse and we'd get it by the end of the week (going on week 3). Made an appointment for delivery, got excited as delivery neared (supposed to be this past Saturday)... the DAY BEFORE.. we get a call saying the rest of our purchase is 'still in transit', and they have no way of knowing when it'll arrive, but it will be a while (talking potentially MONTHS)... MEANWHILE, my living room is unusable because we are essentially STORING their JUNK in our living room!!! NO offer was made to rectify the situation, other than "you just need to wait" .. well guess what.. I demand a refund, come get your used half a sectional piece of junk out of my house! UNREAL.. terrible customer service, the first woman I spoke to made me feel like it was MY fault that THEY messed up! unprofessional!
NOW... today is "pick up your piece of junk" day.. we were told they would be here between 8 and 10am... I am writing this review as of 1pm, and it's still here! I CAN'T EVEN GET RID of this garbage!! I was 'supposed to' get a phone call saying that the truck was too full to pick up their junk from my living room. Never got the phone call ... so now "we should be there at some point today. It's Labor Day, and we have plans, so their junk is sitting outside for them to pick up whenever they want! I'm done with this company, and will NEVER shop there again (first and last time shopping here).. nor will i EVER recommend this failure of a company to anyone!

Awful Company Do Not Buy From Them Go Elsewhere!!!
We bought a loveseat and couch from this company. After 10 months of owning the material started to peel. It was a huge ordeal to get the loveseat replaced. Finally after having it replaced two months later the material started peeling again. Probably due to my two and three year olds jumping on it. We spent extra for a protection plan which no longer covered the loveseat. We were granted a replacement for the couch but we were told it was on back order. I then asked if we could get a credit and spend more money with the company for a better quality product. So far the answer has been no. I have waited an hour and a forty minutes on hold to not even be able to talk to anyone. I was then called back an hour later. I texted the company to chat and didn’t hear back for over two hours. I have not a single good thing to say about this company do not spend your money here. I have wasted 4,000.00 to this company which could of been spent elsewhere when raising two young children. Also my final complaint is calling the company and if you don’t know the name or who you talked with previously they tell you no one spoke to you and nothing shows on your account. Zero stars!

sales reps. are somewhat knowledgeable, prices are too high, I needed the bed room set, so I made the purchase anyways. They guarantee delivery be within a certain window time, did not receive until hours later. They ruling my entire schedule for that day. The company kept given me one excuse after another as to why they are late with the delivery. The worst part of this, is that they did not had the courtesy to notify that delivery is running late. Very Unprofessional.....

We Bought A Living Room Set Today Of Raymour &
We bought a living room set today of Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and the worst part of the whole ordeal was choosing from 5 sets we really liked. The sales lady was very nice and kept her distance without disappearing. She never once tried to push anything and only offered an opinion when asked. They had a fantastic selection when compared to other local dealers where we found 1 or 2 sets at best that we liked. The price was a bit higher than others but I believe the furniture quality was better. I guess I'll find out after everything is delivered and starts getting used.Something to be aware of: Their set prices usually include a 5 year protection plan, so if you are the type to decline those, make sure you check if it is already bundled in.
