I ordered a personalised London street sign two weeks ago and was disappointed to receive the sign with font crooked and slanted to the right. I had called and initially received good customer service. I was asked to send a picture of the sign and during the call asked if I could have the sign smaller than its original size. I did not even ask for a refund for the smaller size. I received the second sign in a timely manner, but was disappointed to see the font was spaced very far apart letter to letter. I called back and was told the same thing, send a picture and I would receive the corrected version in a few days. Unfortunately that never happened. Upon calling, I was told I would not receive a refund unless I sent both signs back or had a courier pick them up. That they could no longer send me another sign for the mistakes they made. I was extremely disheartened to hear that I had to spend more money to get a refund or take time out of my day to wait for a courier to pick incorrect prints (when the company already acknowledged they were both incorrect through the photos I had sent). This company on their websites (Direct Print House or Printed Boutique), along with their Facebook page touts amazing quality control and bespoke prints. Something they now argued couldn't be done for me. So now I'm out £29.99. More importantly I'm out a gift and luckily did not order a batch of these as I was going to in the first place.

Looked all over for a floral canvas print for my bedroom and came across this website. Totally what i wanted, quality is great price well worth it and delivery within a few days
