I am so chuffed with my canvas print that arrive this morning that I wanted to say thanks to the guys! I let them know on Twitter but thought I should give them some credit on RC as they spend so much time talking to me about the right type of crop for a panoramic print and colour space.

Great value for money for the size of print I received and an absolutely breath-taking print of our trip to the Gran Canaria. They even helped stitch my (badly) taken photos together.

Can't recommend the quality, service and brilliant website they have made!

I am a professional photographer based in London and contacted point101 whilst planning for a solo exhibition. I found them to be really helpful and honest about all of my options and they made the whole process of getting my prints done smooth and easy.

I started by getting a few sample prints before finally settling on the Hahnemuhle photo rag paper. The colour reproduction was superb and the prints came very well packaged.

Since holding my exhibition I have sold more of my work and continued to order the prints of these from point101. They have even been able to send my orders straight out to my customers without any trace of where they were printed, Which has saves me alot of time and allows me to concentrate on taking more photos.

I felt compelled to write a review after the huge success of my exhibition and now look forwards to my next exhibition knowing that I can easily get my prints done to these very high standards.

I have ordered a panorama canvas and a clip frame photo print.

Their website is fairly easy to use, but the sizes shown make no sense. After I've cropped and uploaded my pictures to the exact size shown on their website, it didn't match at all. I had to crop by trial and error to get it to the right size.

I received both orders pretty quick, however the clipframe had a big gap in the corner of the frame. I had to take the frame apart myself and fix it. The picture quality itself was fine.

However, somehow they managed to print the canvas completely wrong. Only about 10% of the actual image was shown, ie. they zoomed in on one small section of the image and printed that full size on the canvas.

To me this indicates their quality control is completely useless.

They said they would reprint the canvas free of charge, but after a month I am still waiting for it to arrive. Contacting them by email is completely useless as well

All in all the print quality is good, but quality control and customer service is very poor. There are better online services available, such as photobox.

I am a regular visitor to review centre, especially when I'm looking for a new product but I haven't written any reviews myself.

I thought I would just quickly add my thoughts on a beautiful canvas print that I received from Point101 - they were so helpful and their website is brilliant.

Its really easy to upload your photo and crop it the way you want. It was a image of my grandson who was born a few weeks ago and I'm delighted with it. Highly recommended!
