They took my credit card payment 3 months ago but I haven’t received anything yet and Painting Star no longer answer my emails. It’s difficult to get my money back as it as it was paid to a Chinese bank where these cheaters are located.

I ordered a $249 hand painted oil painting on canvas but Paintingstar.com sent me a print on paper of the wrong painting in the wrong size and now they won’t refund me!

I ordered an oil painting from this Chinese business located in Xiamen, PRC, paying over $200. They sent me a print on paper. When I tried to cancel my card payment, they challenged it by providing proof of delivery!

I ordered a painting from this Chinese website as it seemed a reasonable price but they sent me a cheap print on paper instead and the colors had run. They then disputed charge back on the basis that thy had delivered the ‘painting’.

I made a big mistake by ordering a painting from China as when the painting arrived 10 weeks late it looked like an eight year child with bad eyesight had painted it. And of course, no refund from them!
