Bought 2 leather sofas via Groupon. Really cheap looking and horrible plastic feeling leather. We don't have kids or pets just normal use. The leather is all cracked and split. Looks horrendous. I shall always remember from now on, " You get what you pay for"

I bought the rattan garden set via Groupon.

The frame of the sofa was bent and all welded joints were broken.

The rattan (? feels like plastic) was hanging loose from all units.

The metal under the rattan had started to rust.

Many of the bolts and washers supplied were not properly cut.

Groupon took 4 weeks to pass the buck. P8sh want me to wrap the product up so that they can examine it. I want them to pay the haulage to the nearest tip!

Very poor customer service.

Products did not arrive within given timescale.

When it did arrive it was broken.

4 months down the line still have not received replacement for broken parts.

Overall experience, extremely poor.

Simply dont go any where near, they are worse than worse, yes the product is cheap but when your on to your 4th table, its gets beyond a joke....worse customer service ive ever experienced

It seems we were very lucky with the delivery of our rattan sofa set, also purchased through groupon. It arrived when it said it would, however th box was damaged and we didn't have enough screws as they had fallen out of the box. I called P8sh, they were very helpful and sent the screws through straight away. It has taken my husband and I all bank holiday weekend to try and put the thing together. It all seems very straight forward and it is until you try to attach the back of the furniture, the screws just won't go in, if you're too forceful with the allen key then the head off the screw just won't turn as there is no purchase. Absolut nightmare and no idea how to solve it. Anyone else experiencing the same issue? Will all P8sh tomorrow but judging by everyone else's comments I doubt I'll get very far!

Like others on here have said, I didnt see the reviews until after buying my Groupon voucher, but when I did, I admit I was a little concerned.

Anyway, we ordered, got an email confirming, then got a phone call booking the delivery and best of all they then arrived with it exactly when they said. They even put round the back on the patio for us. The furniture is great, just like the advert and so practical too. It is a little larger than I expected which is a bonus.

I did email a question and had a reply from P8sh but still nothing from Groupon.

All in all I now know I needn't have worried, P8sh have been great, like their products. (Shame Groupon are not as good).

Ordered on a Monday and had my delivery by the weekend. Couldnt have asked for a quicker better service. Fantastic garden set and just what i needed for my garden. People will always leave negative reviews and never goods one , but i would highyly recommend this to my family and friends.

I was a bit concerned after reading some of the reviews on here but we ordered through groupon, had a call a few days later to book the delivery day and then had delivery as planned through a big 2 man delivery service who also delivery for a lot of the high street shops... curries, pc world etc.

The cube set we received was perfect quality and a fraction of the price. I think the quantity of the items sold through groupon maybe mean that some people have a slower delivery or have to wait a bit longer to have calls answered but if you are buying on a deal then you should really expect it!

we've bought other much smaller items on groupon and had to wait much longer.

I would easily buy again from P8SH tomorrow!

I ordered a rattan sofa, 2 chairs and a coffee table set on the 1/08/13 on groupon. It arrived yesterday and what a disappointment! The set was only £199 ( no way the original value was over 500 pound), we simply couldn't put the backs on sofa and chairs as the screws supplied of very poor quality and simply don't greep where they should or don't go in all the way. I complained yesterday and asked to return the product but so far they replied asking to send them images ( proof) for a refund. I have no idea what images to send as we couldn't assemble it! Waiting to hear from them, but think twice before buying from them as its worth paying a bit more and go to a proper retailer with good customer service.

We purchased rattan garden furniture from P8sh and ended up with green cushions!? Who would want green cushions on their brown furniture? They were supposed to be a tan colour. Their customer services is rubbish. They don't care, you get the same email I'm sure all their complaints get, basically go away! Ok it's cheap, but the quality is shocking. Cheap plastic import from China. Do your research and go elsewhere!!!!
