My husband and I purchased the large dresser which arrived today. The chaps that delivered were friendly and efficient, they took great care when bringing the dresser into our home and placing it where we wanted it. The dresser looks spectacular in our newly decorated dining room, we could not be more pleased. Thank you Charlie for making us welcome when we visited your fabulous showroom, It has been a pleasure dealing with you all.

My wife and I were looking for white furniture and we came across New England lifestyles website, which I have to say is very user friendly. We ordered online and got a call from their office staff saying the furniture was in stock and was delivered two weeks later. We are extremely happy with the quality of the furniture and the service provided. We would highly recommend.

We bought a sofa, dining table and set of chairs. Customer service has been non existent. It seems that once you have paid that's it. Their interest is over. The 'washable' covers shrink (and yes we did follow the instructions very carefully). And some of the wood on the chairs has split. A real let down. We would never buy from this company again. Poor quality furniture sold at high prices.

I felt compelled to write a review of the wonderful bedroom furniture I have just received from New England Lifestyle. The quality is fantastic, the finish is just what I wanted and it looks so amazing in my house. I can thoroughly recommend their delivery service.

They delivered when they said they would and within the two hour timeslot that they gave me!! The delivery guys were extremely efficient and I am so happy with the whole experience. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and I'll be back for more furniture when we've decorated our dining room.

We ordered our furniture, and spoke to a sales rep on the phone shortly after to confirm our order. Our delivery address was different to the billing address, and as there is no delivery address option ordering on the website, we spoke about that.

The furniture arrived at the billing address, on time. I spoke to the delivery driver and was told they would not redeliver for another week, so I told him to leave it there, and I would collect it and build it myself (building is supposed to be part of the service).

We got the bed and tables home, and the bed was not what we ordered - we didn't ask for a foot board, but were given one. Not wanting to sleep on the floor again, we built in anyway and left it to the Monday to call New England.

We spoke to a rep, who was quite rude to my wife insisting it was our fault the delivery address was wrong, and that the bed could not be wrong as they only make one type. We have no way of proving they messed up as we did not confirm the delivery address in writing, but there you go. Live and learn! About the bed though, they eventually conceded that there were in fact different sizes of head and foot boards, and would come to change it over for us.

They asked if a time was convenient, I said it wasn't. However, they could only do the time they said originally, so we had to accommodate them.

Their delivery men arrived, on time again, but grumbled about having to change over the foot boards, and walked dirt all through the house - they didn't even wipe their feet on the mat, let alone take their boots off. Given the mood of the delivery man, my wife felt intimidated to ask them to remove their shoes, so left it.

I am still waiting for a response to this incident from New England, but they seem to be lovely when they are selling to you, and not so lovely actually providing the service.

Can't complain about the furniture though, it is very nice. I just wish they focused on their customer service a little more! I certainly won't be using them again.

Having looked for quite some time for pure white bedroom furniture made from real wood that is not flat-packed, I was relieved to find New England Lifestyle's website selling beautifully designed solid-wood white furniture. I phoned them and received helpful and knowledgeable advice on their different ranges, and decided on their Manhattan Range. I ordered a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, two bedside cabinets and a headboard, and was given a delivery time slot of two hours within two weeks of my order. They did ask me several times about the access to the bedroom and whether the large wardrobe could be carried up the stairs, but I felt sure it could and continued with the order.

They arrived with the order exactly as promised and on time, with two delivery men so that they could put the furniture where I wanted it. They also took away all the packaging so that there was nothing for me to dispose of afterwards. However, it soon became apparent that I had miscalculated the size of the stairwell and the large wardrobe was not going to fit up the stairs. I phoned their office and they readily agreed to take the wardrobe back and supply me with a different design which comes in four pieces and would fit up the stairs. They sent it on the next delivery run to my area and amazingly didn't charge me for the extra delivery.

So all in all my experience with this company has been excellent. Their furniture is beautifully designed and very well made and looks stunning in my bedroom. They are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, and the quality is superb. They delivered on time, put everything where I wanted it, rectified my mistake without any quibbles and made the whole purchase very easy. So based on this experience I can wholeheartedly recommend this company and their furniture.

We have bought a number of items from New England over the last couple of years. The website if very user friendly and the delivery process was on time and well organised.

However, on all of the furniture we have bought from New England the paint has cracked and the wood has actually split on a chest of drawers we bought. Also, the draw runners have all fallen off as they are put together with poor fittings.

I spoke to New England to ask for assistance to see if they would repair or replace the furniture which we have bought in the last 12-18 months, however they said they only guarantee products for a year and that I should "rub the wood down, and repaint it". Certainly not the standard of service or the quality of product for such expensive furniture.

I discovered New England Lifestyle about 5 years ago, and took the plunge and bought a wardrobe and tall chest of drawers. To begin with I was slightly wary about how the furniture would stand up to daily use being painted white, but I can honestly say it exceeded my expectations - it looks as good as new, it very easy to clean and has not marked or chipped at all.

Following my previous experience I have recently bought a white dresser which I am equally delighted with. All the ataff I have dealt with have been very helpful and courteous, and the dresser arrived within two weeks of placing my order (a vast improvement on places like Laura Ashley who have kept me waiting 8 weeks and still delivered the incorrect item).

All in all I am very happy with all of the furniture I have bought here, and would happily recommend them to anyone!!

Great furniture and great service, can't fault. Ok so you pay for the quality, but after buying lots of rubbish stuff from Ikea I thought I would go for something that would last my a good deal longer. Nick the owner was very friendly when I rung to arrange delivery and even gave me some design tips for the room we're currently doing up. Saving for some more pieces right now!

New England a good company striaght forward and the furniture is solid and well made second time we have purchased.

Great new showroom and the web site is easy to use. The Staff are very helpful and we were offered coffee and cake. The delivery was on time and the delivery man were well mannered and took away the empty boxes.

Its not easy finding really white furniture as most company say white but it can be cream.
