Do not buy from them. Seven weeks they have had my money. They have not sent goods nor replied to over a dozen emails. They don't answer the phone. They are looking like a bunch thieving con artists to me. I shop online all the time and have never been ripped off like this before. So save yourself the money and stress and buy elsewhere

I am not sure whether this company still exists. They do not seem to have a landline and never answer their mobile. I have sent a recorded delivery letter, this was signed for 7 days ago but I have never received a reply. I have contacted trading standards and my bank are persuing return of the money. By distant selling regulations,if they have not indicated a delivery date, the goods must be delivered within 30 days. I am now at 45 days and feel useless as all attempts to contact them fail. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

FRAUDSTERS - do not use them, I am in the process of reporting them.

Feel like a complete idiot for not checkig this site out before placing my order. Please don't get scammed by this website. It looks slick but it's a total con. I'm still waiting for my goods 3 weeks after placing my order. I should have known better than wait 2 weeks before trying to contact them to complaing as all the signs were there.

They send emails with the contact telephone number removed, the sales number on thier website is never answered, they take money for your order within 24 hours of you placing the order despite having no intention of providing you with the goods.

I just wish I'd checked this website out before placing my order and won't make the same costly mistake again.

I had to find a contact email for them from a related website sunglassesdirect.co.uk and was told by a girl that my order would be sent out by the end of the week as they had delayed deliveries over the bank holdiay weekend. I had no faith in the fact that she was telling the truth as when I asked her if she was certain she couldn't be keener to get me off the phone.

mybedding.co.uk is a fraudulent company who also runs shooe.co.uk and sunglassessdirect.co.uk so please stear clear.

I've requested a refund and will contact the police and trading standards if I haven't had one in 30 days. I expect I'll need to do so. It's a shame that trading standards haven't caught up with technology in terms of online shopping as looking at the reviews on this site mybedding.co.uk have been stealing money from customers for a long time. It angers me that the owner still has a profile on Linked in where he boasts about running websites.

I have been looking for some Monsoon Lucille wallpaper for some time as it has been discontinued according to the manufacturer - Graham & Brown. I was really happy when after I serached for the paper this website came up WWW.mybedding.co.uk . Great.... In stock... and bargain £16.99 a roll. So We ordered some, the system crashed and the order duplicated again.

I have called, emailed and guess what ...No reponse. I finally read the previous reviews!!!!!!!

Luckily enough the order is still pending and no payment has been taken and after speaking to our credit card company we are covered. I have reported the company to fraudonlne and have a crime reference number and the police are dealing with them. Lets hope they cease to trade but PLEASE do not be taken in by them!

I ordered curtains 12th feb, still waiting, tried phoning and emailing, no answer. dont know what to do!!!! Did anyone ever recieve the goods?

This company are awful - no replies to emails even asking for updates. I have threatened to report them but not a word. I cant believe that they can be allowed to continue to trade. I ordered my goods Feb 12th. This is a rogue company to say the least - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I am usually so careful and look at reviews first - this is a strak reminder that there are some awful people trying to take money in return for absolutely nothing!!!! I too would have chosen no stars if that was an option!

I have also been fooled by this website and i am angry with myself for falling for the scam. I have phoned both numbers over a dozen times and emailed but to not reply. This company and its parent company Genesis 44 are a fraudulent company. I will be reporting my transaction to both trading standards and the police force which cover the area Genesis 44 are located in the hope that it will prevent more people being conned.

i order bedding from mybedding.co.uk and after reading reviews i was concern that i would not receive my goods as the reviews were awful however i now have received my goods and are more than happy to recomend this company.

They did take a few days to reply to emails and not good at answering phones.
