A mirror was ordered as a gift and completely wrong item delivered in a damaged state. Replacement took weeks to arrive and was wrong mirror again. Eventually got corect mirror in wrong colour, never been so disappointed or felt as if I've been given the runaround in all my life. We were told we had to return the unwanted mirror only to be told it had arrived conveniently damaged and a refund would not be given. IF the correct item had been despatched to begin with we would never have been in this position and nearly 300 pounds out of pocket. We are in the process of contacting trading standards and citizens advice as feel very unfairly treated by this company and would advise all to stay away.

This company's website if VERY similar to that of Mirrors Today which was liquidated in Feb 2011, as operated by Futurelook limited, Director Mr Conaway.

This new company was incorporated on 15/06/2011 and as such has not been trading very long.

I have viewed the products on the current Mirrors Today site and some are identical to those of the previous company. I ordered a Soperton mirror which was never delivered and the refund never received. Customer service staff lied to me over the phone repeatedly and eventually after months of delaying tactics the company went bust. They did however continue to take customer's money to service their debt.

I am not CERTAIN this new company is the same as that operated by the liquidated Futurelook but the similarities are so striking that I felt compelled to issue this warning.

Note that Decoratif Design LTD, which Mirrors Today is a trading name of, is registered in Scotland for some reason. The phone number for Mirrors Today is the Basildon area code.

I just wanted to say thanks for the mirror and all your help. The quality of the mirror is fantastic and it looks great in my living room. Quick delivery and no fuss, just how the internet should be :) Thanks again.
