I ordered a bespoke made to measure painted plain framed mirror. The customer service was very helpful and later apologetic at every stage. However the delivery time was 2 weeks longer than their expected delivery window so the person installing it had to be cancelled and rearranged. The mirror was also made to the wrong width so the tiles which were to surround it had to be cut to a different size and extra tiles were needed. Finally the frame had been painted but only on the outside, so the bare wood with bits of white paint on the underside of the frame can be seen reflected in the mirror and there is no way of hiding this. In places you can also see the white glue which was presumably used to attach the frame to the mirror. In addition the paint has the texture of emulsion and not the resilience of paint suitable for woodwork and so is very easily damaged. All in all, a great idea, but not a great result.

Mirror provided had a scratch. They would not repair or replace as I had hung it on the wall. It was only when seen in good light that the scratch became apparent. I reported within the required 72 hours but their only orffer was to repair or replace at my cost.... very disappointing service. Do not use.

I ordered online from Mirrorworld using their very eacy to compelte size spec, type of glass and frame options. Customer services called me to go through and double check all specs and ask if I wanted mirror fitting portrait or landscape. The person who called me was very poite, freindly and extremely efficient. I was told a lead time of 3 weeks. I received an order receipt and regular updates re my delivery by eamil. To my surpise I received the mirror in about 1.5 weeks! It was easy to fit and looks absolutley amazing. A designer mirror that no-one else has for a very good price. We bought the Gold Overmantle Aged Mirror with bevelled glass - exactly what we were looking for in size, style and design. It arrived promptly and well-packaged. The only thing I would say is that the gold colour is very bright, almost gaudy, almost orange. It didn't suit the room we were putting it in so we sprayed it with a more refined shade of gold and it looks beautiful.

Love my new mirror , couldn’t wait to get it up. Better than expected. Changed the room.

We were having trouble finding the right mirror for our refurbished hall and stairs, the custom design was the perfect solution. We were able to order the exact size we required with the perfect frame, ordered on the phone and received the mirror about 10 days later. Very well packaged! All the fittings were in place with alternatives supplied in the box. Excellent quality item from a very professional company.

My father in law bought his daughter a large mirror to go above her new fireflace in her newly refurbished living room He ordered a Silver coloured mirror to complement the decor.

Mirrorworld said they had ' one left in stock' so he ordered it. It was delivered ready for Christmas Day.

When his daughter unwrapped the mirror the frame colour is Gold,not Silver! Despite several people looking at the mirror & all agreeing it is Gold, this is not good enough for Mirrorworld! They wanted photographic evidence of the colour, which was sent. Still they are arguing that the colour is not Gold it is a 'rustic silver' whatever that means? What happened to 'the customer is always right'? They are insisting that this Gold framed mirror is silver! Their response is, 'choose a different mirror or have a refund. We are going for the refund option. Maybe the team at Mirrorworld need to pay a visit to Specsavers!

We odered a bevel-edged 150 x 60 cm mirror for the bathroom wall. It has a beautifully thin profile and was delivered in perfect condition. It took about 2 weeks to arrive in London.
