I tried to order a chair from Milan direct, the order was confirmed. The next day I received a very intimidating e mail accusing me of fraud and that I had been reported to other retailers and 'the authorities and serious crime squad.' . Clearly this is very concerning as I did not want my credit rating affected or for my card to be refused.

I spoke to online action fraud and my card provider and they were confident it was empty threats,

Milan e mailed me the next day(NEVER buy from an online retailer with no phone number) to say it wasnt a fraud but they have not notified the authourities! no apology
