Mandale Fine Furniture www.mandalefurniture.co.uk, well it be fine might be if I could get it! I ordered my furniture from them 4 months ago on a 6-8 week delivery and I keep getting told that it is due next week every time I hpone, but so far it has never arrived. I have tried to cancel only to be told that I will loose my deposit, is that right?
Some of our suites carry a 16-20 week delivery time.
Customers are told this at the time of ordering.
This is far from unusual and is a general lead time throughout furniture retail.
I am sorry that you feel you have had to wait longer than anticipated, however we will only pass on the information given to us by the manufacturer. The only time deposits are non refundable, is when the goods are due into us and we cannot cancel. As you have not updated the thread you must have been happy with the suite when it arrived.
We pick and choose our suppliers carefully and any that do not give us the service we need, we will stop dealing with them.
Mandale Furniture is a very well established company with thousands of satisfied customers and as this is the only negative review we cannot be doing a lot wrong.
