Took Money, No Stock, Over Two Month Wait And No Apology.
I'm a property developer and agent and regularly refurbish and furnish properties. As a first time customer I ordered two standard sisal rugs, and two weeks after taking the money they contact me saying there is a delay of a few weeks for delivery. I agree to wait. After waiting over two additional weeks I hear nothing and decide to chase. I am then told that it will be at least another month for delivery. This is not acceptable and I get no apology for wasting my time.
They could have told me that they had no stock before taking my money, their site promises delivery within 7-12 days. Now I have waited over a month with no rugs and have had to cancel the order and get from another supplier. Luckily I found a cheaper seller with stock and fast delivery. I will never try MailOrderRugs again. And it is their loss as I will make sure my clients never bother with them either.

We even got free delivery! Quick and professional. I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family.
