Ordered from Furniture net in November 2010 and was told due to bad weather was not able to deliver. Then was told the items I ordered were now discontinued after several attempts at telephoning them and emailing decided to cancel my order.Did receive email correspondance up until January when I cancelled my order and since then no further responses to my emails or telephone calls and no refund! I have contacted my credit card company and awaiting further contact from them. Avoid these internet companies at all costs!!

Please do not purchase any items from fornisca or furniturebuyer.

I ordered some items over 4 weeks ago. The fornisca wesbite has now disappeared.

My order confirmation provided a telelphone number which is the same as that for furniture buyer (08456 434 336). When someone eventually answered (after 3 days of trying and a week of all my emails being ignored) as soon as I read out my order number he denied all knowledge and said this was nothing to do with furniturebuyer. So why would their name appear on my credit card statement?

It has been reported and being investigated. Avoid at all costs.

i ordered my wardrobe back in Nov 2010 through Fornisca,(one of the several names they use although the website disapeared last week ) It came 2 weeks later as promised but it did not match the measurements shown on the website so it would not fit through my bedroom doors, so i sent it straight back. Now months on, endless phonecalls and emails (although i haven't heard a thing from them since beg Jan), i am still waiting for my refund. I have taken this to trading standards and they adv me to try for a visa debit charge back refund through my bank as well. so far, the bank say they have taken the funds back from their bank account and we now have to wait 45 days for them to contest it, if they don't, i get my money back, so fingers crossed they will carry in being terrible at responding!! I hope this helps others who are in this situation as it's a terrible feeling when you know you've been conned.

Ordered furniture on 4th feb 2011, Unable to contact Furniturenet, Fornisca or Furniturewalla by phone or email. I have put the payment into dispute with my creditcard and they inform me that the payment went to a company called Furniture buyer they want me to send them a copy of my card statement to prove they have taken payment i don`t think so!!!!!! Spoke to the sales manager at Furniture buyer very evasive I have been defrauded and am very upset.

Ordered from this company 2 weeks ago - taken my money now cannot get in touch with anyone! Trade as Fornisco and Furniture Walla - all numbers given are unobtainable or ring out - wish I had looked up reviews before ordering - now in the hands of the police for fraud!

Furniturenet is a fraudulent company under investigation by the Police, Conpanies House, Trading Standards and the Banks.

there phone number is not in use and there company address is fraudulent as they have never been there.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF THERE OTHER SO CALLED FURNITURE SITES AS YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF!!

as you will notice some of the reviews for this company are also fraudulent.

please try the numbers and if still not sure about what I am saying contact Companies House or Trading Standards.

Thinking i had saved £50 0ff the cost of this product elsewhere, i should have know better. I really hate being taken for a mug, but it is clear that on this occasion i have.

There are two numbers given which the 0161 just cuts you off after the 2nd ring, and the 0845 rings out throughout the day with no answer or message.

No delivery date has been given after over a week, even though the company states they are in Portland Street Manchester, only 8 miles from my address!

After no response to my email today and having read the other comments, i will now try & claim this money back from my Visa card company £229!

I would strongly recommend that nobody use this company, and if they do only use a visa or master card which is insured.

Ordered items over 3 weeks ago from Furniturenet.co.uk, company is non contactable. Looks like www.Internetfulfillment on your credit card bill who are proposed for strike off at Companies House. They don't answer e-mail or phone. Don't be fooled by professional looking website. I have started proceedings with credit card company to recover my money . AVOID at all costs.

I would not recommend Furniturenet. I ordered a mirror which did not arrive. When I contacted the company they said the item had been discontinued and promised me a refund which also did not arrive. Eventually I contacted my credit card company who sorted the refund out.

They also trade as Fornisca - so be aware of this!

Worst customer service I have ever had.

Paid for my order in January for delivery in Feb.

Told would not be delivered until mid May. When I decided to cancel my order I was told I could not have a card refund and must wait for a cheque. I have been waiting for over a month and just keep getting fobbed off!!

Dodgy company pay more from elsewhere!!!
