Ordered Bed In Dec 2013 Recieved March 2014 Damage

Ordered bed in dec 2013 recieved march 2014 damaged one part. Still waiting for damaged part it is now july 2014 have not yet recieved it. They changed name from lynda marconi to trendy living. Spoke to warehouse manager stated he will refund 10 percent for compensation still not yet recieved. Now website is suspended when you try and view it and all telephone numbers no contact doesnt work. Needs to be reported to trading standards.

Brilliant Kids Bed!

We `ve ordered their kids car bed for the second time and it delivered this morning i must say its a brilliant design and the customer service has been really helpful... Thanks ( Karen)

Do Not Go Near!!!

Warning!!! I would not approach this company. It will only end in heartache! I have have been battling for a whole year with this company. I was very patient for 8 months when they kept informing me I would receive my product then when they approached me about what I thought was delivery details they told me they could no longer provide the item. What did they do with my money? Put it in their back pocket and keep it!! Like many other customers, they have continually ignored my emails and not returned phonecalls and on the one occasion I spoke with the owner, he tried to tell me he had never heard of me and more or less said I was lying! They are corrupt and should be named and shamed! Disgraceful customer service!! I could do wth this money (over £500!!) at Christmas time yet they think they have the right to take it!!! Shocking!!! Trading standards dealing and next course of action is legal action!

Kids Over The Moon

Bought two of these car bed for my sons, they both brilliant piece of furniture very different design to whats on market its more expensive but definitely worth it,,, would easily recommend

Slow Delivery But Excellent Sofa!!

Had to wait some time for delivery well about 2 weeks but when it arrived i could say it worth it as its a very good quality,happy overall

Delivery Slow But Brilliant Car Bed!

Well we have had a delivery for my sons car bed we thought we were getting it last week but did not happen but we only ordered it a couple of weeks ago so cant really fault them a lot.

Ordered the Setra dining set back in April 13 they said 1st batch came in damaged had to return and wait for new lot to be shipped, OK, thought no problem, time went on emails mostly ignored and only replied when re-sent, always some excuse to why it was late, eventually after numerous calls and emails the set was delivered last night, meant to be between 6/9pm, eventually came 10.15 pm,wrong set delivered, chair legs where they have been spray painted, all runs,not even looked at the table top yet, NOT happy at all after waiting many months for this set, well not even this set, just a table and chairs, its not what i ordered and i'm very disappointed with the whole experience, will never use this company again.

2 Years Of Faults And Pure Ignorance

Ordered bed in nov 2011 arrived very late, once arrived one side of the bed was caved in so had to wait for months for yet another delivery,. A further 6 months down the line another part of the bed caved in reported in February this year and still 5 months after email,phone calls and no replays or any resolution to my persisting problems now again another side of the bed has caved in. Avoid this store by far I am now seeking advice from trading standards. Appalling service, appalling products and to add to this I mentioned in my email that the nails sticking out the faulty bed had scratched my 2 year old daughter so they clearly do not care about customers safety. Livid to say the least.

Worst Experience Ever Avoid!!!!!!

ordered dining set in january paid for and still waiting delivery the staff never reply to my emails i have been chasing and chasing but no replies i would never use the again and would not recommend
