Ordered a sofa which could not be delivered with in their delivery period. Cancelled the order and now they don't want to confirm the refund of my money! I was told by many to not order from here but still did! Silly me!!

This website offers good prices for furniture but you will regret buying from them as your furniture never shows up. Do not believe the delivery times on their site as I was told 10 working days and I still do not have anything after 4 weeks. I have chased and chased and was eventually told I would receive delivery so arranged to work from home (which isn't convenient). Surprise surprise the furniture never showed. Don't waste your time with them - pay a little extra and order from somewhere else to avoid the stress...

I ordered several items over 5 weeks ago, was told they would be delivered in 2-4weeks. When I called to check progress wasn't told of any problems. But now I still have not had my items and been told there is a courier issue so will not be receiving them after all despite the company having my money for over 5 weeks. Customer services extremely unhelpful and very poor customer care and service. Spare yourself the headache and order from elsewhere!

Ordered a book case on 21st Sept. I have sent two e-mails casing up the order - no response. Two phone calls. First call I was told it would be delivered today or tomorrow and I would get an email to confirm this - no email so phoned again- told it would be delivered "early next week".......no more precise than that. Would not recommend company to anyone.

We purchased a glass desk for a reasonable price, which was delivered within a couple of days by friendly and helpful staff.

The furniture is gorgeous, well made and easy to assemble. It did take two of us to assemble it with the weight of furniture but that shows the quality of it.
