Hi I just got my bed delivered, I just want to say a huge thank you very polite and patient with me thanks a million..

My new bed arrived ciaran bought it into the house, what a nice gentleman, our bed is super well made and has extra strength underneath, it's made well very stylish was packed really well and covered in the boxes so no marks it's very sturdy, we love it and yes I'd use love furniture again they kept in touch all through till it was delivered brilliant people so easy to talk to as well very very happy 100%

I ordered a bed a week ago from the very helpful assistant. He made it hassle free and easy. The bed arrived this evening ( would have preferred to have gotten it earlier in the day) but he delivered it no bother. I paid in cash and he said he would text a receipt which never arrived. I telephoned the office and spoke to an assistant who had a receipt in my e- Mail in less than five minutes so efficient. The bed is lovely very happy with this company and would highly recommend them. Thank you.

I bought a wardrobe unit off lovefurnture in Dec 2023 when it arrived the glass door of the unit was broken I rang the company and reported the matter I was assured the they would replace it as soon as possible so I let the unit be assemble in the bedroom but after a lots of emails I was still waiting on the the broken glass door 6 months later so I would not recommend buying anything off this company there is no come back if there is a problem with the good you buy so stay clear of this company

I received a half of the wardrobe. Parts to assemble drawers missing and rear back panels were missing. To complete this wardrobe I had to go to local kitchen company. Promised to sent parts that never arrived.agreed partial refund but that didn't happen either.

Slide wardrobe looked great in the pictures and I'm sure it would have in my house too had I received all the parts.rear panels missing and other components.For 6 weeks I received texts on a Wednesday advising delivery on the Friday,come Thursday received text saying parts were not available for delivery. Purchased parts required to complete unit from local kitchen company. Spoke to customer service and they were to provide a partial refund. Im still waiting.

long story but if you are gonna buy of this company please read.do not and I repeat DO NOT buy from this company.bought 2 sofas 6 months ago and they are literally falling apart,look at the photos for how poor these sofas are,the seams of the sofa are fraying and falling apart to the point of the white foam showing,two of the seats are fraying and falling apart to,now you would think after supplying photo evidence to the company they would refund you,they do not,they have shocking costumer service and leave you chasing for any form of help,I have fought them for over two weeks and I have got nowhere,just refer to the terms and conditions,in other words we have sold you a far from decent product for over a £1000 suck it up,I am now having to take a claim against them at the small claims court to get a refund,also have to report them to trading standards,honestly avoid this company at all costs,their sofas are a shocking quality and you will never get a refund of them,see you in court love furniture.

Don't buy from these guys, they buy seconds and pass off as new and delivered damaged with bits missing, happy to take money but customer service ceases after. Read all the negative reviews, so many small claims court cases and still no payment. Check them out with trading standards, accounts late filed, strike off on hold, he takes advantage of vulnerable people Van driver told us they pay a company to put up positive reviews when negative go up. they all similar and know the name of delivery etc, who even asks these days, very few. I've been through small claims and still no refund, chased, for months to the point I am ill, cant afford to lose so much money for a bed I cant use in todays climate. Avoid this company and go to a more reputable one save yourself money in long run.

Placed an order, my money was accepted, then they told me it wasnt in stock as they order off other people then they tried to add an extra 90 euro onto my purchase for the SAME product when i refused they told me it was out of stock and also the different colours were out of stock even thou they were still advertising them on there website?!They have my money with weeks and no customer satisfaction, customer servive is desperate and they may reply to you at 10oclock at night if your lucky.. AVOID this company and buy elsewhere to save alot of hassle!!!

I ordered a dressing table from love furniture on Feb 25th. Today is April 8th and I am still waiting for it. I called the company several times for an update. Each time I was promised the item would be delivered "next week" and someone would call me. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME.

I asked to speak to a manager. The person took my name, mobile number and said a manager would contact me. Again...NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK. I have experienced the worst customer service with love furniture. I would not recommend them. They took payment for the dressing table the day I ordered, yet here I am 6 weeks later still waiting for it. What a disgrace!
