Very Disappointed With Live Laugh Love. Having Bee
Very disappointed with Live Laugh Love. Having been promised a delivery on 31st Jan, I heard nothing from the company despite being promised a communication with a delivery slot.. When I tried to track my parcel it still said on track for delivery as promised and when I explored further they suddenly changed my delivery date with no consultation with me. Very poor service. Plus absolutely zero means of contact so I can’t say their revised date doesn’t suit me nor the plan for delivery. Shoddy in this day and age when communication is so easy. Never again!

I ordered something online, paid for it and I did not get any email or text confirmation to say it went through. I had to chase them up for it only to be told, I haven't made any order at all even though i have made payment. Beware!

Appalling Customer Service
I am absolutely appalled at the extremely poor level of customer service I received from Live Laugh Love. I bought a clock for £47, to such great disappointment when it arrived in the post broken and damaged. it was a large wall clock, and every time i tried to hang it up against the wall, the clock face would fall off. the screws were rusted and were giving off brown rust. (obviously indicating that the clock was very old as the screws became rusty). anyway, i thought maybe they have just become slightly loose, its not problem, let me screw them back on. so i attempted to screw the clock face back onto the larger frame, and to my disappointment again the clock face fell off. time and time again i tried to fix it, but time and time again it fell off. i was absolutely shocked that a clock costing £47 would be of such poor quality!!!
anyway, so i contacted Live Laugh Love for a replacement and they arranged for a replacement to be sent out to me and for me to dispose off the damaged clock. i waited for over a week, and still no clock. so i decided to call them again, and what am i told? that the new clock has not been sent out, the boss has decided that he wants me to send the damaged clock back to them first and then he will send out the new clock!!!
i was so angry at this point, i had been told one thing but the boss had decided something else, and did not even have the decency in him to call and inform me. so i would have been waiting weeks and weeks with no clock but my payment already gone to them.
i was annoyed at the lack of communication between staff members and also their lack of communication with customers. i received such unprofessional treatment, and i most certainly will never be shopping here again, and i will make sure i tell all my friends and family to stay away.
if he was so concerned about having his broken clock returned to him before he shipped out my new one, then he shouldn't be selling broken and damaged products in the first place. and if the clock being damaged was just a one off, then fair enough. but the have the least decency to put customers first and contact me at least and tell me whats happening. if i had known he wanted the broken clock back, i would have shipped on the first day i spoke to them. i needed the clock urgently, and i would not have unnecessarily waited around over a week.
he was a difficult person, and i am glad i am writing this review so people can come to know.

I have ordered from this site a few times now and have never been disappointed. The items are beautiful and always arrive really quickly. I think they offer reasonable prices and I wouldn't hesitate recommending to a friend. My Step-mother always looks forward to receiving my gifts for birthdays/Christmas because I get them from Live Laugh Love :)

Terrible Customer Service
having ordered several times from this company, I ordered a piece of furniture. Was totally disappointed, it was not as described or fit for its purpose and arrived damaged. Had been contacting the company for months for a refund or exchange. I have been told that I will not receive a refund because I have changed my mind, which isn't true it simply is not of good quality or as described. I would never recommend to a friend and would say buyer be aware especially if you are buying furniture from them. Poor service.
I also bought furniture from this company. Was not as described and I was told the same thing, that " I had changed my mind" I was also charged two delivery options when only one option was used, very bad customer service and still waiting for a refund. I have contacted trading standards. Would never by from them again. Have bought little pieces before and have been happy, but then again I haven't had a problem with them before.

Beware - Photos Does Not Match Actual Item
I ordered a doormat from this website - the picture on the website showed a bright light blue background with bright pink roses however the item received was a dull off green colour and dark red roses. It hardly resembled the picture on the website. When I e-mailed them to return the item and advise that the colours was nothing like what was shown on the website so would like my return postage cost reimbursed (I had already paid them extra for postage), they just directed me to their disclaimer saying there may be colour variations but they tried to portray the items as photographs and publishing processes will allow. I responded that I would not have a problem if this was the case but the difference is so big that it can only be explained if the photo had been digitally changed/enhanced or the item the colours of the item sent to me had faded during storage and they should cover my return postage cost as the item was not as described and therefore in breach of the sale of goods act, they responded that there was absolutely no way they will cover my return postage costs. I have shopped online for many years buying all sorts of items but have never received something so different to what was advertised and am not happy with the sellers somewhat rude and blunt responses.
I ordered a piece of furniture. Wasn't as described. Wanted a refund, terrible response, poor customer service and was told "No Way" terrible, do lovely accessories but would not recommend to a friend. Totally disappointed, The piece of furniture was terrible quality.
I bought a piece of furniture from this company. When it arrived is was cheap wood and not oak wood as described. very light and flimsy. When I complained i was told it is oak and no refund would be made on postage or item. It clearly is not oak. I pursed it with them but all I have received is a terrible service and no hope of a refund. They may do lovely accessories, but not so good furniture.
