I wouldn't buy anything from this company. Customer service is shocking and they care once they have got your money. be warned and if you don't believe me google them for reviews first, I wish i had but i thought i was ok buying through amazon. i am now stuck with a £160 sofa bed that,s not fit for purpose

Never Use Them - Ever
I ordered 2 coffee tables from them and for some reason the address was changed from flat 11 to flat 1. I received no notification or call of a failed delivery and when I contacted them they told me I had to pay another £17 for delivery. When I asked for a refund, I was told that I still had to pay the £17 delivery charge.
Outrageous that not only are they not going to refund the original failed delivery charge, but they expected me to pay it again.
Their attitude is that they don't give a DAMN about customers.
USE THEM AT YOUR PERIL.

Bed Collapsed After 6 Weeks - No Response From Company
I bought an ottoman bed from this company via Gogroopie. After six weeks, the bed collapsed in the middle of the night and despite two emails, I have not had a response from them or even an acknowledgement. I am sleeping on the sofa so it is off to the small claims court on Monday.
Potential buyers beware.
Hi. It got resolved eventually but the refund took almost three months. GoGroopie were useless and kept asking me for the same information over and over again. Also the delivery company used by Limitless Base, XPD, kept making arrangements to collect the bed and failing to turn up. After I took three separate days off work, I informed them that I was leaving the bed outside and they could collect it when they wanted to. It still took some time but they collected it eventually. Good Luck.
This has happened to me bought from go groupie too and it has broke after not even a year up, did you get it resolved as I am having an issue?

Limitless Base, Limited Customer Service!
Ordered a leather sleigh bed from limitless base Ltd via a wowcher deal. The bed arrived and we began assembly only to realize that the central clips for the slats were missing. Spent an hour on the phone with no response from them. Went to wowcher who spoke to them and said we should email so we did the response was to call them which is all well and good but when they don't answer the phone is pointless! They weren't apologetic for this but said they would ship the missing parts that day in the mean time due to the lack of bed we've had a matress on the floor we are now 5 days in and still no sign of the missing item!! This is the most ignorant rude company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with they have zero customer service. They also like to remove any negative reviews from their Facebook page and only keep the ones where people have gushed about how great they are. They are a bunch of charlatans and I would advise people to avoid this shower of ____ completely.
