Placed order October 22 after numerous emails & still no delivery by March. we cancelled the order received confirmation of cancellation but no refund has been sent passed onto credit card company to try and get a refund from them

I purchased a ottoman storage unit. I called and also emailed the company as there was a defect in the unit. They did not respond to my concerns and I am left to assemble and use the unit. I think they are not committed to after sales service as mentioned on their website.

Waited in all day for the ottoman to be delivered with no word of a time slot, when I did phone to find out a time I was told 7pm still waiting at 8pm with two kids to get ready for bed! Not happy at all full day wasted and two tired children still to bath! Likely to turn up now I've given up and am about to put my infant in the bath so door now won't be getting answered...and customer service is useless when called

Pleased with the Ottoman, solid piece of furniture, good long lasting investment. Cannot say there is nothing particularly didn't like overall.

Good value for money, very sturdy and secure at a sensible price

I was very pleased with my ottoman, I bought it as a toybox for my granddaughter, it was high gloss so finger marks just wipe off. Delivery was quick and the delivery men were happy to put it in place for me. I really like the fact that it fits in with my colour scheme and holds so much, it's also on wheels so is easy to move around. I would strongly recommend this company.

Placed order over internet, had a quick response from just Ottamans with delivery time and date.

Driver rang on morning of delivery to tell me he was 10 mins away.

Ottoman arrived and I was extremly pleased with quality.

Would reccommend using this company.

I looked at lots of different ottomans and decided on this company as it seemed uncomplicated and the ottomans were what I was looking for. The colour match was perfect - quality very good. The delivery was faster than expected (which was a real bonus - as just prior to Christmas)- despite the sales people at the company telling me that they would be quite a bit longer - they arrived the next day.

Placed my order for an ottoman on 14th February with a 2 - 4 week delivery time scale for the item I had ordered. After 3 weeks chased it up hadn't arrived in their warehouse. After 4 weeks on March 15th chased again to be told it had arrived and the logistics team would contact me to arrange delivery. No contact so I phoned them again on 22nd March to be told the logistics manager was not in and they would get back to me on 25th March. 25th March got an email stating the driver would be contacting me to arrange delivery this week, again no phone call so contacted them again on 26 March to receive this email

I have just spoken to the warehouse and they advised me that the driver was loading the ottoman but he droped it and it is now damage.

I am sorry about this, I do undersand that you have been waiting for a while and if we need to reorder a new one , it will take about 4 weeks.

Full of excuses and appalling spelling, they took the payment the day I placed the order, 6 weeks later excuse after excuse after excuse, pursuing a refund via credit card company....choose a different company or face a long wait for nothing!!!
