Suit Split At Wedding
I purchased a suit from Braintree Jeff Banks store for a wedding. On the day of the wedding I put on the suit to have the back of the suit jacket split on me. I then had to go out quickly and buy another suit for the wedding making me late for the wedding. I returned the item to the store explained the problem and was told it had to be sent to head office for them to decide on a refund as they could not authorise in store. Over a week later I had no contact so contacted the store to ask what was going on to be told to phone head office. I then phoned them to be told the ONLY person who could authorise a refund was on holiday for 2 weeks and nothing could be done until he returns. As a retail manager myself I find it impossible that only 1 person in their headoffice can issue a refund. What happens if he has an accident then nobody gets a refund? I now have to wait for them to make a response and it could be to repair even though I had to fork out on another suit for the wedding. Surely it is not fit for purpose and I could demand a refund. That's the policy I currently work under. Do yourself a favour and DONT BUY from these incompetent idiots. I would give 0 stars if I could but it wont let me.
Sounds like you wore it and ripped it as seams don't just come undone. You can't buy a car , get a puncture then return it. This is general wear and tear not a fault. Sounds like you need to get off your high horse, you paid £169 for a suit shirt and tie not £300-£400 , I've had some of my Jeff banks suits for many years with no problems. Don't tarnish a good company.

I am an interior designer based in London, I came across a site that sells Jeff Banks rugs and thought it would be great for one of my clients. I usually buy from larger brand name retailers but i gave it a go. I was very impressed with the guys at rug bugs.
I received an email when my order was being dispatched telling me the date of delivery. I actually had to call them to delay delivery because i was going out of town, i was very pleased with the customer service, very polite and helpful.
The rug looked stunning.
Will definitely be buying from them again.
