I ordered a Hans Wegner inspired CH25 chair yesterday. After a flurry of cheerful e mails about what would suit I was astonished to find that they'd arranged a next day delivery. The chair's just turned up, delivered by a very cheerful and helpful TNT driver, notwithstanding the fact that he was under the cosh timewise.

The chair is simply beautiful. Fabulously well made, with a solid wood frame, really well packaged and protected for transit. I don't think I can rate the company highly enough actually. I'm really impressed and that doesn't happen often!

From my first email communication from them it was clear that they cared about the products that they sold and all questions were answered thoroughly and promptly.

The product arrived when they said it would and I have to say that it has far exceeded the expectations of my husband and I. It is clearly a quality product and we are thrilled with it.

In short, if all online shopping experiences were as positive as this one, then the world would be a better place!
