got qoute for this company to fit bathroom costs us over £3000 (quote high as new plasrerboard to be fitted)not a big bathroom salesmans plans looked ok meant to have a vanity unit and have walls all taken back and new plasterboard fitted all round,none of this happened vanity unit couldnt be fitted as stairwell comes up under my bath apparently but no excuse for not taking walls back and no new plasterboards fitted,gave us a lowered ceiling as a (goodwill gesture) no way that makes up for no vanity unit or new plasterboards also plans were not followed correctly they tiled a section of wall they werent meant to and left a bit they were meant to do,we phoned them and got bad attitude on phone from some woman who demanded we pay extra £120 to get wall tiled they should have done we never bothered (done it myself bought extra tiles and trim) the ceiling fan they fitted had no hose attached and was putting moist air into loft had to phone again to get them out and they fitted a flexihose,i only found this out as i knew the fan was not in same place as old one the workman themselves were decent but they were told not to tile section they should have by the office very dissapointing but at least i never got them to do my kitchen as i was waiting to see result of bathroom before i decided on whether to get them to do my kitchen,company that i did get for my kitchen were like night and day done a fantastic job and was very glad instyle didnt get to do it avoid this company very poor attitude on the phone.
