I bought a screen from this German company via Ebay. Before deciding to buy, I emailed the seller to make sure that I would be refunded return post also if the item arrived damaged or was not as described - which they agreed to via email. The Screen looked used, was badly damaged and extremely poorly made / poor quality (made in China - not mentioned in their description). So, I asked for a full refund (inc. return post as promised). The seller hesitated and I eventually had to open a case with Ebay - which I won and Ebay covered the refund costs, but this did not include return post costs £30). The company emailed me stating that they would only consider refunding this after I left positive feedback – which I was not willing to do. I told them that I would consider NOT leaving negative feedback once they refunded return postage. But, they refused and I left negative feedback - which Ebay then removed along with several other negative comments they had recently received from other buyers – leaving new buyers non the wiser and me out of pocket by £30.
