Ordered 4 vancouver oak stools on 17th August and received them on the 23rd August,6 days later!! Incredibly quick service. Two stools were slightly different design and were replaced within a week. Great service. Customer service second to none and competitive pricing. Thanks to Peter Kahn and the rest of the company. Will definitely shop here again and recommend to family and friends!

After shopping around for a while I decided on the Vancouver Kitchen Island sold by Home Outlet Superstore. I was a bit worried initially that I wouldn't be about when my order arrived but received a call first and was able to select a date when I'd be about. My order arrived on time, the delivery staff helped move it into my kitchen and set it up. It looks great, very pleased..

I have been looking for a contemporary storage bed for ages, but the were all over a thousand pound... This bed was exactly what I was looking for and within my budget. At the checkout I also got an extra 5% off and they gave me free delivery, which was great!

The customer service was quick, friendly and helpful and the bed was delivered on the promised day.

When the bed was delivered it needed a bit of self assembly, but it was very straight forward. The quality as also amazing. The frame is really thick and sturdy and it is really well finished especially for the money!

I found my thousand pound bed for half the money! I already spotted some other items I will have to save up for, so will definitely come back to this website ;-)

Having searched high and low online I found these guys offering what appeared to be a good quality product kept in stock. It was easy to find people stocking lower end goods but not so easy to find someone offering slightly higher end furniture from stock.

Before ordering I emailed to make sure they had the item in stock and recieved an email explaining if i ordered before 12 the goods would go out that day.

I placed my order, which was pretty straight forward, I received an email telling the goods had left and the next day had a call from the carrier to book delivery.

I had my bed within 4 days of ordering.

Quality was super and I will definatly be ordering some matching pieces to go along with my lovely new bed.

Ordered Gamma Walnut & Black 4 door wardrobe with mirrors, Gamma bedside tables and Gamma 6 drawer tallboy. All items are excellent value for money and look modern and impressive in the rooms. We added a further hanging rail to the centre compartment of the wardrobe with 3 decent shelves below, this makes better use of the space and this slight adjustment cost very little and only took a few minutes to put in place.

Had to wait a couple of weeks for the tallboy but we were kept well informed throughout.

Only negative would be the build instructions which are not at all easy to follow and made the construction take a lot longer.

Overall very pleased.

I was very impressed with the speedy delivry. I received my tv unit a few days after ordering it. The unit is of high quality vancouver oak and it looks fantatic with my 46" tv on it. I LOVE it!!! Fantastic service. I would recommend this company to everyone. Well done for excellent customer service!
