I bought a leather sofa costing £5000 . Aft I got it the two parts were not even, one side lower, and the leather was crinkled on half the sofa. So e of the buttons had fallen off. They took it back, replaced the buttons but the

Rather was still crinkled on the sofa and one side of the sofa was higher than the other. I cannot contact them, looked like they changed numbers. They stopped answering my mails. I don't know what to do now. I have a cheap sofa for an expensive price. The sofa won't last 3 years! If anyone has any way of contacting hello sofas please let me know as I have to get some money back!

I am absolutely delighted with sofas they are stunning! The delivery men were amazing, polite, helpful, delivered on the dot. They were fantastic! The sofas came well packaged and are beautiful. I ordered a swatch which was sent out straight away so then went ahead and ordered the sofas. 4 week wait, delivered on the dot, phonecalls beforehand so I knew what time and didnt waste a day.

Delivery Drivers were wonderful, helpful, polite and wouldnt stop for a cup of tea.

I am so very happy with the sofa, the quality, price and even the way it was packaged!

This has restored my faith with online purchasing and they really have lived up to what they say.

Ordered a sofa...all went well. . It arrived and was smaller than advertised, apparently you have to measure at the widest point...even though that was also to small. it took nearly two weeks for them to get back to me and to send the driver out at which point the man on the phone accused me of lying on measurements. The sofa is not well made looks cheap and the service has been awful and you can't return it as far as I can work out although I am still waiting. I will never buy a sofa off the internet again and certainly would advise you not to buy one from this company

I can't comment on the quality as never got to point of order as the staff tried to inflate the price when it came to ordering. I ordered swatches and at the same time phoned to get a price. The base price for what I wanted was £1000 1c2 with sofa bed as listed on the website, £749 for the 1c2 and £250 for sofa bed,. I wanted a different material on scatter cushions which I was told £30 per cushion which is fair enougth 7 in total totaling £210 so in total £1210 and they would deliver this for free, all discussed on phone . When we recieved swatches we decided which were right for us and decided only 4 of the scatter cusions would need to be in the more expensive material (120 by my maths) so expected the price to be £1120 plus maybe the £49 delivery so £1169 and we would have been happy with this but when confirming the price we were told £1330 and this was including free delivery? With a breakdown of pricing was told the scatter cushions in the more expensive material x 4 were £30 each (£120) which made the sofa 1c2 with sofa bed £1210 coincidentally the price quoted with all 7 scatter cushions in the more expensive material 36 hours earlier. I wS told this was the new price on the system for the base sofa, and that the internet price was wrong, 1 week later writing this only prompted by a phone call asking if I recieved my swatches and offering to look at the price the internet price is still the original, which is how I come to the conclusion you can not trust hello sofas.

I had a situation where I needed a 3+2 Sofa Suite very quickly.

My choice was available, in the colour I wanted and was delivered 4 days

later, during the weekend. They contacted me to keep me informed with

delivery date and time. Very polite and curtious. They promised and delivered. They positioned the suite exactly where I wanted it.

The style is perfect, the fabric is lovely and both sofas are very comfy

indeed. A very satisfied customer!

Overall : 10 out of 10.

We are extremely pleased with our purchase. The delivery time was right on schedule, the delivery men were very pleasant and obliging.

At first I was a bit nervous about ordering from a smaller company, but i really don't regret it.

While sofa hunting i was in touch with some other the bigger companies, but the service was horrible and no one seemed to know what they were doing and couldn't answer any questions. Not only that the delivery time was far too long.

I searched the net and found Hello sofa - I rang up with a few questions and the person on the phone could answer all of them! Not only that delivery could be done next day and the sofa I wanted was almost £150 cheaper!

I love my sofa and so happy that i opted for a smaller company - anyone who wants good service should buy their sofa from here!
