A brilliant service from start to finish.

If you're anything like me, most of the sofas you see in high street stores are underwhelming. So, when I came across the idea of customising a sofa to my exact spec and design, I thought the price would rule us out of it. Turns out, I could get exactly what I wanted (size, material, design, everything) for only maybe 20% more than a similar one on the high street.

Service from start to finish was exceptional with good communication and a delivery in less than 5 weeks. We have our sofa now and it's lovely - comfortable and stylish.

We were hesitant at first about buying a sofa from the internet and without having seen it (or a similar version) but now we have it we'd recommend it to anyone.

Well what can I say....hello sofas are fantastic! We found out about them after searching the internet for custom made sofas for a reasonable price but no compromise on quality. We were based in Glasgow and hello sofas were more than happy for us to visit their showroom which was great. The member of staff we dealt with spent so much time with us and was happy to provide us with recommendations etc. We were looking for a corner sofa to fit a small space which was not a problems for hello sofa. There was endless different types of materials, styles, colours. We got or sofa in less than 4 weeks and it is exactly what we wanted. I will definitely recommend hello sofas to friends and family and cannot recommend them enough!!

I stumbled across Hello Sofas by chance and I’m so glad I did, it’s one of a few companies who make custom sofas. I had been searching for a new sofa for a while but as space was an issue I was having trouble finding the particular style of sofa I wanted. All the “big” companies had nothing to offer me so tried to fob me off with something I didn’t want at an extortionate cost!!

As I live about 40 mins drive away from the showroom I decided to go and have a look for myself. Once there I was shown all the various types of fabrics and the workshop where the sofas are made – it was really interesting.

Before I placed my order I sent various emails to Jay to confirm, check and double check things,replies always came back quickly and my questions were answered. Once the order had been placed I just sat back and waited for delivery. The delivery men were so helpful on the day, I can’t praise them enough.

I have had my sofa for over a week now and I absolutely love it, the quality is fantastic, much better than some of the other well-known manufacturers. From start to finish of dealing with this company I was so impressed, the customer service is spot on and delivery dates accurate. I would highly recommend this company for buying a standard sofa or having a custom one made.

Would definitely recommend Hello Sofas to anyone. They built my sofa to my specifications, size, material and colours were all my choice but they will give you their expert advice if you need it. Everything about ordering my sofa was so easy, I paid a small deposit and the rest was cash on delivery. Couldn't believe the price I had to pay, compared several other sites and they wanted twice as much money and Hello Sofas include delivery. It took 5 weeks from ordering to delivery.

The sofa is manufactured to a very high standard and it has exceeded all my expectations, I am so pleased with the quality and it looks fabulous. I will definitely use them again.

Took less than a month for this unit to arrive. Excellent communication, did exactly what they said they were going to do in the time stated.

I found a sofa that I really liked on Hello Sofas' website, but they didn't have it in a corner sofa version - which is what I wanted.

I rang them and explained my issue, the service was great and the person at the other end was very helpful. Hello sofa explained that they could make this sofa into a corner sofa, as well as add any other feature that I might like. This meant that I was able to change the colour too to a darker shade!

The delivery was very quick and professional and have no complaints.
