A very helpful company who are knowledgeable and quick to address any questions. The products are of really good quality, exactly as shown on the website and they meet their promised delivery dates. We bought lamps and a sideboard from Go Modern and have been pleased with both.

I am absolutely delighted with my Novamobili Wardrobe! After recently refurbishing my bedroom, I was in need of a wardrobe that could fill a long stretch of wall. The ceilings are relatively low, so trying to find a high quality product that could also be quite low was proving to be quite challenging. However, after coming across Go Modern I was amazed at the wide selection they had on offer.

The team in the showroom couldn't have been more helpful. They were very attentive to what I needed and suggested the most suitable layout for the inside. I never felt pressured by the staff like I have in other companies which really gave me that extra boost of confidence that these were the right guys to deal with.

I placed the order and after 8 weeks the wardrobe arrived. Their assembly team booked me in the following week and took great care when entering my property and assembled it to perfection - They are obviously very experienced with handling these brands. Honestly, the quality has far surpassed my expectations and was certainly worth the wait for a high end, Italian brand!

Furniture arrived on time and of great quality. Slight problem with a drawer mechanism which was promptly sorted with great grace and a polite manner. Would definitely buy from this company again.

A wonderful gem of a shop in Chelsea selling excellent quality Italian products. I was impressed with their service throughout. I found them by scouring the internet for a wardrobe for our dressing room. They were by far the best option to go with. I popped down to their showroom on the King’s Road and was greeted by a team of warm and charming staff. They were extremely patient with my indecisiveness and talked me through all the different options I could have. They really took into account our needs and ensured that the design was perfect for us. They were very prompt with sending us the designs through. After deciding on the final design, the lead time was worth waiting for as the quality of the product that they delivered is superb! The fitters were very polite and took their shoes off without prompting and they were extremely careful carrying all the parts up and putting the wardrobe together. They were very particular with their work and spent ages just adjusting the hidden feet to ensure that it was perfectly level. We are very happy with the wardrobe; it feels so solid and durable and looks stunning. We have had many compliments about the piece and friends are always asking where it is from. Looking forward to using this company again. Thanks for all your help.

We are absolutely delighted with our super king Soma bed and Cara drawer units from Go Modern, the colour, the quality, the feel, everything is perfect and we are so happy. The website was easy to use and, when I had a query whilst placing my order, they responded to my emails in record time. The furniture arrived on time and was the best packaged and protected parcels I have ever seen.

The two delivery men were brilliant and assembled our furniture quickly and carefully.

Purchased a stunning leather sofa bed. Accurately described on their website as I was not able to view item in person and we are absolutely thrilled with it. A seamless transaction from moment of order to date of delivery. Go Modern were very helpful and approachable with my telephone queries and answered my emails efficiently. I had requested leather samples which were posted out very quickly. Overall great customer service. I would also like to thank the delivery men who worked tirelessly getting this heavy item through a narrow staircase on the 3rd floor on a very hot day.

Our first table had a fault and was replaced with zero fuss for something we actually prefer. We felt from the the very first time of raising the issue that' GM were completely on our side; they were understanding and sympathetic and we waited a short period of time for a brand-new tabletop that is gorgeous. We have just taken delivery of a stylish and beautifully made Tonelli Farniente glass and chrome coffee table which we ordered from Go Modern and was custom made in Italy. We had originally ordered this item from another on-line provider two months earlier but they kept making excuses about problems with delivery and alleged damage to the packaging while in transit. We were becoming seriously worried that we would never see our purchase and when they offered to cancel the order and refund our money we jumped at the chance. We then made contact with Go Modern whom we found on-line and were offering our table at a fantastic price. We actually telephoned Go Modern to discuss the issues we were having with the other company and received a great deal of reassurance from the gentleman we spoke with. We then placed our order and had only just finished the process when we received a telephone call acknowledging the order and talking us through the order and delivery schedule. We were also advised we would be kept updated with further emails and were given an estimated delivery date early in the New Year. That update did occur and it is very reassuring when you are spending a lot of money on-line that the company keeps you updated.

The table was delivered about 3 weeks ahead of schedule and having taken the assembly option the delivery team made a great job. They emailed us 5 days in advance of the delivery date and gave us a one hour delivery slot which we confirmed was good for us. Sure enough they arrived exactly on time and with minimum fuss removed the table from the delivery crate and quickly assembled it in our lounge. They even took their shoes off before coming in and were extremely polite and helpful. Why can't all companies be as professional as this?

We have no hesitation in recommending Go Modern for a wonderful choice of contemporary and bespoke furniture from around the world. Their customer service is exemplary and you really feel they care passionately about their business and want to provide a great service to their customers. Our experience restored our faith and when we are looking for furniture in the future they will be our first port of call.

A sideboard may seem a tad old fashioned to some but not this beauty from Go Modern. In soft white with black handles it is the finishing touch for my ultra modern kitchen diner.

We were delighted with the service we received - nothing was too much trouble. I am extremely grateful that they insisted we went home with swatches to match up with our dining table - my first choice would have been completely wrong!

The only downside if I can call it that was having to wait for the sideboard to be made and shipped from Italy - but, as they say, all good things come to those who wait!
