I Can See Why Their Bbb Rating Is F.

Bought a dining set from them that took over two months to ship, then they shipped it without the right parts. Contacted the company about the issues, and the whole time they kept claiming everything is the manufacturer's fault and not their problem. Their attitude was also very rude and hostile. They claimed they will send the replacement parts but never did. Don't buy from this crooked business.

Unprofessional Service Representative

First my order took longer than expected to receive. Then the delivery was changed the day we had scheduled, which I had taken off work. I understand sometimes things happen called to talk to customer service representative and the rep was immediately confrontational and rude. He/she basically said it wasn't their problem and they were going to do nothing about it. He was very unprofessional and surprisingly aggressive. I would not buy from furniture cart again!!!

I Am Very Satisfied When I Received My Order!

I ordered one sofa set from the FurnitureCart. My husband and I also saw this set of sofa at the local stores but very expensive. We found it from FurnitureCart.com with much lower price. Initially, we worry about the quality because it is much cheaper. When we received the order, we felt very happy. The sofa was exact quality as we saw in the store but saved us about $1800.

The delivery time is 3 weeks. It is a little long but it is 100% worth, absolutely!

Never Order From This Company

I ordered a sectional and waited a month for it to be shipped out. When received I opened all the packaging within an hour of receiving it. I found some concealed shipping damage and immediately notified furniturecart and sent pictures.

I am STILL waiting for a resolution. They offered me $300 for something that will cost me $1000 to repair.

NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Wouldn't Recommend To Anyone, Poor Service

I ordered a bed on 05.07.2014 - I had an email to confirm the order had been made but it had no details about a delivery date/time.

I contacted them straight after the order was made, the guy who answered was extremely rude and said he would have no information until Monday. I called on Monday, told the same thing and the customer service representative was extremely rude and unhelpul. Nearly a week on I have called 8 times and still have no idea when the furniture is being delivered.

I was told this morning that the furniture had left their depot on Friday 11th, which I was not told about, and that their courier company have it and will get in touch with me about the delivery date. I have had no phone call or email from this said courier company. I called again and asked what the naem of the courier company was, they said they didn't know and to call back in 30 minutes to speak to the Manager, who appears to never be there.

They have already taken the money from my account which they should not have done before the furniture was delivered.

I still have not received the furniture and if I don't get confirmation in the next few hours today I will be taking legal action against them

I would not recommend this company to anyone!!! Stay away and don't be fooled by cheap prices online, there are hundreds of other companies who are polite and professional, this is NOT one of them.

Great Service, Prices, Fast Delivery.

Product is described accurately, looks nice, and customer support is great. Entire process from the day of purchase till delivery took under 3 weeks, all pieces were delivered at ones and set up in our living room. Sectional looks a bit bigger in the living room rather then it was in the picture, but I guess we should've measured it better. Tip for the future purchase, take a masking tape and trace on the floor contours of the furniture based on the measurements provided on the website. You will have better understanding how it gonna look. Planning to purchase bedroom set and now we see that most of the sets not gonna fit in the bedroom. Any way, will definitely buy from furniturecart again, and will recommend to friends and family.

Awful Service!

There were mixed reviews on this company but we saved a couple hundred by ordering online with free shipping. The only downside was it would be 1-3 weeks before it was shipped. We figured it was worth the wait. Both my husband and myself have had to call multiple times to find out information about our order and each time the customer service representative has been rude and unprofessional. Last week we called and were told our furniture would be here TODAY, Thursday, March 28th and no absolutely later than TOMORROW, March 29th. I still have not received an email stating my order has been shipped with tracking number or a phone call to schedule a delivery. We called customer service AGAIN today and was told we should receive a tracking number by the end of the day today but that she “didn’t know” when it would be delivered because “that is what the tracking number is for.” Really!? This is the same woman who guaranteed us delivery last week. If the furniture is to be delivered tomorrow shouldn’t I be called today to schedule a delivery time? How is the furniture supposed to be delivered tomorrow if I am not informed of when they will be delivering? I can’t wait around my house all day hoping they call/show up! Despite your prices and free shipping, I will not be recommending your company to anyone and will do other online shoppers a favor and leave an appropriate review wherever possible. The discounts you provide are NOT worth the hassle and headaches your company provides.

Worst Customer Service Ever!

As an interior designer, I do a lot of online purchasing. Let me just say that this company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This is the first and last time I will ever order from them.

First, They call at 3pm on a Friday saying they want to delivery tomorrow morning between 8am and 12noon....and no there aren't any other options.

Second, they just hang up on you without warning and finishing the conversation.

I don't care how low the price is, or even if the tables and chairs are in spectacular condition!

Reasonable Prices, Good Selection, Good Service!

Got myself a beautiful katisha cudler sectional, just as pictured, we assembled it in less than 10 minutes, my bf and I were amazed at how easy it was. Its comfortable to sit on and a great nap couch, both of us can fit pretty comfortably on it. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Great price, color, and style, love accent pillows. Getting new furniture for my new apartment, and this sofa sectional is a great first piece. Also it was delivered nearly a week earlier than originally stated. Will definitely buy from furniturecart again, need a dining, couple barstools and perhaps a new bed.
