Ordered my item on 13th January 2017 and it's still not arrived (1st February today). I've phoned the office 3 times, I've emailed. They couldn't give a damn let alone try to help, or heaven forbid, apologise. DREADFUL customer service. Avoid.

They didn't even inform me that my first order was delayed, when I contacted them they promised to deliver it before Christmas- and they failed to do it again (again, with no attempt to contact me). Ridiculous customer service, they simply do not care whatsoever.

Damaged Wardrobe
I ordered a wardrobe from furniture style back in December 2015. The wardrobe arrived and I began building it only to find that a few of the pieces were damaged. I contacted furniture style and they sent new pieces. I was away the weekend they were being delivered as I was told they would not arrive until the following week. The items were left on my street and were subsequently stolen (my neighbors informed me that they had been left on the street). I contacted furniture style again but by this point I was not happy with their responses and wanted them to collect the wardrobe. They informed me that they would only accept the furniture back in its original state and in the original packaging! The packaging had been thrown away and parts of the furniture already built and fairly difficult to dismantle. I involved google as it is a certified shop, They informed google that the items would need to be dismantled and packed in any plastic but they would only pick up during the week. I work during the week and find it very difficult to take time off. I think this is appalling customer service and considering it was furniture styles errors that led to this they should have made alternative arrangements to collect the goods over the weekend. I should not have had to ask google to get involved. The damaged wardrobe is now built and I can't believe I have paid £300 for a damaged wardrobe!

Poor Service And Bad Quality, Unsafe Product
I purchased a Sophie 4 height mirrored chest from Furniture Style Online in November. The delivery company would only deliver on Tuesdays a fact only made evident after payment for the product. This meant that delivery had to wait 5 weeks until there was someone at home to acccept delivery. Only half of the item arrived. I queried with the driver told me it was all in the box. He raced off for his Christmas break and I unpacked my chest to find the whole mirror section missing. I called Furniture Style Online who had to check with the manufacturer to fine out whether it should have been in the box. They agreed to send the mirror section to my office but said that this would be at least another two weeks. The driver was rude and unhelpful and called me on route to ask how he was expected to be able to find my office in central London when he was from the North West. I was astounded. I navigated the mirror section home only to find that it was not securely constructed and could not be remedied because, when originally assembled, the screw heads had been destroyed. The mirror is unsafe and beyond repair. Having asked me to photograph the item as evidence of damage before proposals for remedy would be discussed by Furniture Style Online I was told that, because neither Furniture Style nor the manufacturer could see the damage, that the manufacturer would not replace. I pointed out that my complaint was not that the item was damaged but that it was not constructed properly and was unsafe. Neither Furniture Style Online nor their manufacturers seemed to have any idea of a customers statutory rights. The outcome was that Furniture Style offered to refund if the goods were returned in the original packaging. But they would not replace the mirror section. I advised that I had unwrapped the chest base and disposed of the packaging on their instruction prior to Christmas. I still await a further response. The Sophie mirrored chest is available online from a number of suppliers. I assume that the manufacturer is the same. I would not therefore recommend anything from the Sophie range no matter who the supplier may be. I would not recommend Furniture Style Online for any product because of their poor customer service and because they appear o be a middle mad with no knowledge of the products that they sell. Avoid both!
