Furniture Nation has just built and installed a home/office unit for us that has transformed a drab, unused space in our large bedroom into a stunning working/dressing area. It fits perfectly into an awkward corner with a sloping ceiling and a Velux window - not the easiest brief. It combines a dressing table, corner computer unit, drawers, cupboards and a space for the dogs to curl up in! It looks wonderful and is excellent value for the work and skill involved. From our rough design to delivery, it took only a month and we were thrilled that the directors actually came to our home to see the units installed. We live in a very remote area of rural Northumberland so we really weren't expecting such personal service. I can't rate this company too highly - it really did go the extra mile in every sense!

To date, we have purchased 20 items of lounge and bedroom furniture from this Company over eight or nine years. Five were bought in and fifteen were hand built. The point being that the quality has remained A1, Customer interface is excellent and Furniture Nation will build to your own spec. whilst matching in to other pieces you may have ordered (where applicable). Today, 16/05/16 we have taken delivery of 10 pieces of bedroom furniture in pine with Chestnut stain. All pieces are of superb manufacture and finish. No veneer and no BS! Order completed a long way ahead of schedule and the Company were happy to store for me until I was able to complete transfer of our previous furniture.The only downside for us is that I cannot envisage needing new furniture for any room for a long time to come. Cannot recommed highly enough.

We chose furniture nation because of the website which was full of information with good photos.We then asked for wood samples which came promptly. We are delighted with the quality and finish of the wood.Inside the drawers there are wood bottoms not hardboard.Would buy from them again.

I ordered, (unseen and with my measurements!) kitchen cupboards, worktops and replacement doors with a buttermilk finish. Now they are fitted they look really good. The builder who fitted the kitchen was impressed with the quality and build. I had a few small issues with the paint finish and these were all sorted out to my satisfaction. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and I was kept informed at all times. My new kitchen looks great and I am very pleased that I did not go for a high street big name kitchen - I have got something different and that looks good.

I found the staff very helpful with my queries. I couldn't believe the quality of the dresser I ordered, fantastic craftmanship. The delivery men were very polite and placed the furniture exactly were I wanted it. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to my friends.

Awful service. I ordered bedroom furniture that arrived late, damaged and incomplete (missing screws so the handles could not be fixed). It has taken over 3 months to get the correct screws delivered to me, the wrong ones kept being sent. I was unable to use my furniture for almost 3 months. After asking about compensation I was offered £29.99! I've declined and it's just not worth it! Lovely furniture but delivery and customer service is shockingly bad! I wouldn't use them again!

My chest of drawers arrived on the dot of 7 am (delivery was scheduled for 'between 7am and 9 am', it was taken upstairs and positioned in the right place by the two delivery men, who also kindly took the old chest of drawers downstairs for me. Delighted with the item - it has surpassed expectation and was SO well packed for transit. Customer service friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you! Mrs.C.Rowley Suffolk

Modern High Post Bed (VGKCSANNA) and Maxi Modern White Dining table

VGGU-Maxi-1; that was ordered on the condition that if the order was not

shipped before 20 August it will be cancelled and the money will be

refunded as we can't receive the shipment after 20th August because we

were moving to some new apartment and my truck was ready to move after

20th. I have confirmed from some other retailers and online furniture

stores too for the same Sanna - Modern High Post Bed and Maxi Modern

White Dining table to deliver before Aug. 20 but no one was ready to

deliver in such terms and conditions.

I am really grateful for their extended customer support and their

follow-up with warehouse; that they have deliverd the furniture on time

and keep updating me on emails and phone. I am thankful that they have

kept their promise for delivery on time.

We purchased our bedroom furniture over two years ago from Furniture Nation. We chose the Windsor range in pine, oak patina. The quality was far superior to any others we had seen elsewhere, and the cost was comparable to any flat pack, but this IS NOT flat pack furniture.

I cannot praise this company enough but can only reassure potential customers that they will not be disappointed.

Cannot praise this company enough, the dresser we ordered is stunning, so well made and just the colour i wanted, searched high and low for an affordable piece of furniture for my kitchen and some were well over a thousand pounds, we paid half that and got something just as nice
