Ripp Off Merchants - Wont Answer Calls Or Emails
Tried to use buy 3 mattresses with 3 discount coupons I had purchased but they insisted on a £20 delivery charge on each, when if I bought all 3 without any coupons it would be only one charge....making it cheaper over all not to use the coupons!!! Tried to simply cancel and get a refund for the coupons, over a year later and still arguing. Will be going to small claims court. :(
Avoid
Do not use this company. They will take your money and not produce the goods. If you look into the directors of the business, they have set up a number of companies that dont last. There are countless complaints about their businesses online. They take your money, plead poverty (and that their business is winding up)so you dont get your flooring or your money back. They will stop taking your calls, but if you try them from an alternative number (ie one they dont recognise) and pretend to be a new customer, they are open for business and are quite happy to take your order (and your money)! Eventually they wind companies down and then pop up with a new company. All proport to sell wood floors etc. They are a disgrace. Avoid them like the plague!

If I Could Give Them A Lower Rating Than One Star I Would!!!
Ordered a bed from them and have heard every reason under the sun why they can't dispatch this bed out to me yet. it's been over a month so far. They even had the cheek to ask me to place my order again and pay yet another delivery order. Avoid this company at all cost!!! If I don't get my bed soon I will be taking them to court.
I am really afraid of having any dealings with this company! Actually what's problem with this company and why they are not trying to solve customer's complains?

Will We Ever Learn !!!
Will we ever learn with these so called "Deals" purchased the double bed for my spare room After 5 months I have my bed no way would |I have paid the full price (its been so long I cant remember how much they say it was ) !! it is only a cheap one could have brought one like it local with no delivery and got it a week later .
I also was told they would refund the delivery s STILL WAITING and no replies to my emails was going to ring but after reading the reviews looks like I will be wasting my time especially at premium rate
As I say will I ever learn this is the third time I have had trouble with KGB deals but it will be the last time !!
Had I seen the delivery charge on the offer no way would I have brought it :0(

Overall Not Too Bad!
I purchased a matching bedroom set of Wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets from Furniture and Flooring. Initially all arrived trouble free, but they were delivered to my parents address as I had not moved into my new house yet. The one thing that concerned me was the courier they used to deliver the goods. I am no slouch, but it took my dad and I to carry the wardrobes safely, and to avoid any damage occurring. Only one person from the courier carried the goods into the address. Once I transferred them to my address I started building them. I immediately observed large boot marks embedded on the outer packaging of the wardrobes. Concerned over this I opened them up to find that both sets of wardrobes were badly damaged on all of their corners. It is hard to say whether this occurred in the warehouse or in transit. The boot marks also to me showed a lack of disregard to another persons property (again hard to say where this occurred).
I contacted F&F by email on a couple of occasions but nobody replied. I eventually managed to speak to someone over the phone (no mean feat let me assure you) who advised me to send an email!! To my rage, I informed the male that I had sent countless emails to no reply. I was then asked to submit photos of the damage. Why this couldnt be conveyed over email in a reply is beyond me.
Again, two emails were sent with all the photos and no reply made! I sent another couple of angry emails and eventually got a reply from a female I had not dealt with yet. I was informed that I was getting replacements. To my amazement, the replacements arrived and in good order!!
The only issue after this is they failed to inform the courier of my new address so they have attended at my parents address to pick up the damaged wardrobes.
All in all, very poor service but i am very relieved to have obtained replacement wardrobes. The complete set is fantastic, looks great and is reasonable build quality. It was purchased with a lot of discount. Unless you get an amazing discount, I wouldnt waste your money. They seem extra expensive and I wouldnt say I would trust F&F with that amount of money.
Good product, terrible customer service and what seems to be poor regard for their products! Only saving grace was the efficiency of the female customer service lady, albeit on email. To speak to someone would have been more helpful.

After purchasing a bed through KGB deals from Furniture & flooring I was expecting my bed within 4 weeks as stated. 3 months later I sent various emails had no reply, rang them to be told they would deliver next week. Alas still no bed chased again to be told the following week, still no bed. To cut a long story short after 38 calls a very high phone bill, various ignored emails, lies told and the phone being put down on me several times (Not for being rude to them, I was infact very patient!) 5 months later still no bed! I cancelled my order then after several more phone calls chasing my delivery refund of £40 it took them 8 weeks to refund me! The worst company I have ever had experience with. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Still waiting after three months for return of £39.99 delivery charges for Item not delivered as promised by Raj ( I think thats the name she uses). Luckily I had protection on my card and the cost of bed was refunded by them.
Phone calls and e-mails are also un-anwsered also,

Took three months to finally get delivery of furniture. After many phone calls, emails etc. Word of warning - the phone number on the website is a premium rate number, so phone it at your peril!

I am completely disgusted with KGB as I purchased a bed for £199.99 back in Jun from 4 HOME FURNISHING / Furniture and flooringand paid £39.99 for shipping. After countless e-mails and call delaying the delivery. I had finally had enough of there lies and e-mailed them to say I would cancel the order if I didn't receive the bed in 7 days. Surprise surprise I received an e-mail to say it had been shipped and that I would receive a call within 48 hours for delivery. I waited 3 days and no call. I e-mailed them to say I would like to cancel the order. The accepted this instantly and e-mailed to confirm status updated to cancelled. I pushed for a refund of my shipping and to my surprise the sent a cheque. And once again no suprise I have just discovered the cheque has bounced. I am so fed up with this company 4 HOME FURNISHING and KGB as they don't seen to care and for some reason are delaying my refund even though I have updated them at every disappointing stage. I don't know where to go from here, but I am £240 down and KGB don't seem to care.

Couldn't agree more with the previous comments. Paid for an item, and constantly bouncing e-mails off them trying to get a refund. If you read this, use someone else.

I am also having problems with this company, kgb dont want to help and furniture and flooring just don't care. I am contacting watchdog regarding this company and it would be great if other people could do the same. If they get lots of complaints they might investigate them and name and shame these scammers!
