Ordered a waterproof mattress for my ALN brother. Took the money but never arrived. Spoke to someone today and they said a manager would ring me back. Manager rang me back and said it was out for delivery this was a week ago. Asked for a refund and was told they would have to wait till delivery was returned to them. Raised a dispute with my bank following reading these reviews on here about this being a common practice with this company. Manager said he would check with delivery company to find out what's happened this was at 11am this morning. Rang back at 16:40 has had no further calls and was told somone will ring me back. Now I'm down £££ and still no mattress.

This company did not complete the order in the time frame claimed on it's website which was the main reason I ordered from them. It was a bunk bed assembly.

I contacted the company by phone on 4 occasions and was promised a call back on each occasion by the person who answered. This never happened!.

One person gave me the phone number of a supposed delivery agent, despite calling at least 4 times, no-one even answered the phone. I back traced the delivery company and will ensure I never use them again.

I cancelled the order and then asked them to refund my money or I would make a charge back claim under the Consumer contracts Regulations. This they did but never communicated with me I simply found it had been refunded to my account.

From reading forums such as this I have now to conclude this is disreputable company and should be avoided. Quite frankly I don't know how they remain in business, I would never buy from them again. Certainly family and friends will not do so either.

I have learned from this that own website reviews cannot be trusted, search around for forums etc. for the truth.

I shop on line a fair amount and I have never had problems like this before.

Absolutely terrible service. I was told i would get next day delivery when infact it took one week. When i wanted to send the product back because it was too small i rang them about 5 times and they fobbed me off each time by saying they would chase it up and i never got a reply. If you try emailing them they don’t respond, and it seems there is no-one manning the after sales phone line, as i have tried to contact them many times and no-one has answered my call. This company poses as being helpful to people in need, when infact they are money grabbing rookie scandalous company who care about no-one but themselves.

Wish I’d read reviews before ordering from this company. They are truly terrible. You’re unlikely to get next day delivery as advertised. When you phone they cannot provide any detail about your order. My request for a cancellation of my order and refund (done by phone and email) was completely ignored. I’ve never come across anything like it before.

Avoid like the plague. These people take your order and your money, then don't deliver anything. I've been chasing a refund for 2 months and they are either impossible to get hold of or when you do they just fob you off.

Absolutely shocking in this day and age.

If you don't believe me, try calling their customer sales line... Nobody picks up... And after sales? Non existent.

Received water proof mattress for my disabled adult son today.

Mattress looks very cheap and thin. I led on it and it felt terrible!

Only hoping my son sleeps okay on it tonight, as I can not afford to buy another mattress and have already thrown his old one away.

If you try calling them with any problems, they tell you that someone will call you back......they do not call you back or answer your emails.

After three months of calls emails

I was delivered a mattress that did not meet standards

If you sit on it the ends rise up

If you lay on it you can feel the springs

I was promised a refund and not received it

No surprise there

Avoid at all cost

Poor after sales

Poor attitude

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They never answer the phone or get back to you. Took my money and never delivered the product!

Terrible company wish I’d read reviews before ordering very rude unresponsive staff no product arrived still been charged and multiple calls & emails ignored

I ordered a mattress for next day delivery when it didn’t arrive I cancelled the order. I have had a copy of email saying in 25 October I am due a refund and we are now on the 21st November and they won’t even speak to me I have not received my refund. I would not trust this company they are a bunch of shartletans I have given them till Friday then I will contact the police reporting.

If you ever get anyone on the phone they just say it’s not their department and will get someone to call. The call never arrives I have phoned them 8 times now on one occasion I did receive a call back I phoned saying I wanted to place a large order and received a call in 30 minutes once he heard my complaint he hung up.
