Shocking Service. Never Use This Company
Ordered my little boys trundle bed over £500. 4-10 days for delivery on their website and now 6 weeks on, still no bed. Promised deliver last Friday and today, taken these two days of work unpaid, only for me to find out delivery not happening. I had to call them the promised day of delivery, didn't have the decency to call me and inform me with some notice. I had written and email of complaint with no reply to this. Extremely unhappy at this company who have had my money for nearly 6 weeks, I'm two days salary down and I have a 5 year old who comes home from school extremely disappointed his bed is still not here. My family and friends are all moving house and I am reconvening that they avoid this company at all costs. Never use this company!!
Evasive, Difficult To Deal With. Failed To Deliver. Avoid
If some odd, world-wide disaster left Furnishing Homes UK as the only furniture retailers left on the planet I would go into the forest and gnaw down a tree with my teeth and fashion it into a table by clawing the hard, unyielding wood with my fingernails until they were ripped out and my fingers bleeding and ragged stumps, rather than deal with this company again.
After almost a month of stress, constant seemingly ignored or misunderstood email, unanswered phone calls, obstruction and delay I ended up without the item I ordered, and had wasted a day at home waiting for a non-existent delivery.
I did however, against all my expectations, get a refund cheque which didn't bounce - so credit where credit is due.
If you do decide to ignore the bad reviews and shop here, don't be tempted by the discount for paying by bank transfer - stick to credit card or PayPal which will give you more protection when you need to demand a refund. Keep an eye on the clock - they appear to try to run you past the 30 days protection for refunds.

I Ordered A Dining Set On 18/10/12 For Expected De
I ordered a dining set on 18/10/12 for expected delivery on 22/10/12. On 22/10/12 I received a phone call stating there was a problem and it would be delivered on 26/10/12.... It did not arrive!!! After constant phone calls, emails and days off work waiting on "THE DELIVERY" it finally arrived end of November. When the tabe was unwrapped we noticed it was badly damaged. I emailed as they were not answering their phones and was told I would need to pay to return the 'DAMAGED' table. After a few emails they said they would collect it and leave a replacement..... I have been given excuse after excuse as to why we have not had our replacement.... Weather, out of stock, item damaged before delivery blah blah blah!! We were then told on 05/02/13 that it would definitely be delivered on 13/02/13, it was with the courier and they would email me the tracking number.... It didn't happen:-( I have been trying to contact them since, not answering phone or replying to my emails. I am disgusted by the way we have been treated, we are left with a table that we are unable to use and they don't even have the decency to tell me why.
Quick update... I received an email yesterday saying Thank you for making a review, they were looking into the contents and will get back to me. I replied asking how they can email me about a review I made but could not answer my calls or reply to my emails about my order. I was told they did not have any emails and they do not have a telephone service. I then asked them if they could check my order and gave my order number, I got an email back saying they were checking the content of my review. I then replied stating that I had spoken to trading standards and citizens advice and was currently gathering the information they needed..... The reply I got was... We are currently checking the contents of your review!!!! Why can't I get I straight answer from these people!!!!
