Literally got off the phone with one of their so called 'Salesmen' (ASH). After making an offer for a velvet sofa and 1 seater the previous day. He then called me today (the day after), to tell me that the set which I was in the process of purchasing has now been sold! A Very interesting outcome, seeing as ASH had sent me an invoice after we chatted with him and agreed on a fee.

I initially inquired about a 2 seater, but he 'went to check' and it was out of stock, hence my decision on the 3 seater. The only positive is he offered me the same price for the 3 as the initial price of the 2 seater, he even tried to offer me a footstool for an extra £199 or so.

I called their 'Sales Team' which is supposed to be available until 10pm, in order to make a payment. I was told that it would all be taken care of the next day with no problem. ASH then called today to say another 'Sales Team' member had sold our couch to some man who came in and paid cash!!

Furnimax claims to have several 'HAPPY' customers, but I am certainly not one of them. What a waste of time! I guess it must all be about cash. Well done Furnimax, well-done ASH for CASH. I hope you made your sales target and got your bonus!

We spent months looking for new furniture before ringing Furnimax who suggested that we visit their showroom, we were a bit wary of the distance but it has been well worth it, from arriving at the store to dealing with salesman to the delivery team contacting us to keep us updated on their arrival and when they arrived nothing was too much trouble. In this day and age of cut price deals and service to match buying from Furnimax was a refreshing change. I would recommend Furnimax to anybody.
