Purchased Sofa and study table, but got study table without the mirror door then they send it separately, now not got the sofa set but the emi started. Total carelessness attitude.

The products are horrible.the bed headrest broke 2 months after the buy.the chair legs broke 1 month after the buy.service was provided after 2 months of repeated complaints.finally when the chairs arrived,not all parts were sent from the warehouse.We are being told the Bed should ideally be rested against the wall to have its own strength.WTF!And the showroom keepers are absolutely ignorant about this with no follow up.We being the customers repeatedly have to call them up to fix up stuffs.No one should be recommended this brand be it quality or service.

My colleague bought a bed and a 4 seater table with 4 chairs in May 2021. 2 chairs and the headrest of the bed just broke within 2 months!!! We had to call them severel times to get those furniture fixed. They promised to replace the chairs. They sent the parts of chairs that needed to be assembled after 2 months. And now see that the parts are missing and those chairs cannot be assembled!!!!!! Everytime some issue or the other is coming up and the people sitting in the showroom are so casual about it. We have to inform them every details then only they take any step ??? I would recommend each and every person to stay away from this company. The furniture might look good from outside but the material is absolutely rotten. So is the service of the imbecile pimps sitting in the showrooms .

I have brought a sofaset-micro colour Albela on order no.165 dated 21/10/14 from Outspaces furnitures Pvt. Ltd at 193,NSC Bose road showroom.This sofaset have developed defect of the leatherette on one sofa .The Material: Solid Wood & Top Grade Leatherette develops crack within 2 years.They donot reply to email or call.

Having a very bad rather miserable experience with Estillo furniture store in Netaji Nagar. On 28th October we had logged a complain for fungus and few other defects like the shelf is bend, rust on hinges and the lower drawer is open like its channel is non functional. But only fungus issue was written down in register, latter we have been to the store and mentioned the things they said they will get the things sorted an send the guy. But send a guy for only fungus treatment again we went to the store they said they will send the carpenter but as a frustrated customer I went to the store on 28th November and said when they are going to send the carpenter they said they will send today, also I said that your customer service is very poor we have to wait for 1 month to fix the issue. In the evening again i went t store as the carpenter did not came till 5 pm, on going to the store the customer care guys care guys started shouting they due to me their customer did not brought the product, so they are not going to repair the damage.

I bought a dining table set from Estillo showroom near Tollygunge. Within one month one of the chairs had defect and insted of repeated request at service center, no body came to repair it.

The after sales service is horrible.

Me and my wife visited Estillo Furniture some days ago to buy some furniture for our new house.The collection of the furniture was really nice and branded. We purchased a dinner table,sofa set and one TV cabinet. All the furniture were delivered within the time. In spite of that, the attending staffs were very decent and helpful. We want more furniture for living room and kitchen and will definitely be purchasing it from this store.
