Placed order and paid in full in May. Quoted 3-5 weeks delivery time. After 6 weeks telephoned company on 3 occasions and was promised someone would phone me back. Guess what, no return call. Used the Contact Us section on the website (twice) which promises a response in 2 working days. Guess what, no response. Decided to threaten to open a dispute through Paypal and immediately received a response from a guy claiming to be a Director. Sincere apologies etc., promise to sort it out etc. Still no delivery. Opened case through Paypal and was immediately sent a refund to my Paypal account. After 6 days of this refund staying in the pending column, Paypal advised me that the refund had not been processed but they themselves reversed the transaction. Hopefully this will appear in my credit account in the next few days. Think it is quite obvious from my experience and other recent reviews that this company should be avoided at all cost. Not like they're the cheapest around.

I placed an order for a footstool over a month ago. despite 2 phone calls and 2 emails I have not had any response as to where my goods are or why they are delayed.

My account shows receipt of the emails but epiphany home obviously feel they have no need to respond or even supply the goods that I have already paid for.

I am attempting to cancel the order and gain a refund but am wandering if this will happen. Doubtful.

Don't waste your time ordering from this company.

I only give one star as I am unable to give none. Almost £700 taken from my account 15/04 . Item not delivered 27/05 .

No contact from this company. No response to email . Fobbed off on the phone . Having to go to PayPal for a refund . Do Not Use This Company

Very good price, goods delivered on time. Courier rang 30 minutes before delivering excellent service, will definitely use them again.

Bought this for my Niece and Nephew to give to their Nan as a Stocking filler, she loved it. My Mam enjoyes a cuppa like everyone else but preferably from a China cup. This cup ticks all the boxes, bright, beautiful and given with love.

Bought a bonsai tree kit - was a really competitive price and arrived very quickly. Would definitely recommend. Also nice to buy from a small family company not a big faceless corporation who doesn't pay tax!

Fast delivery and was exactly what I ordered I had trouble with my item from other websites so was not holding out much hope this however is perfect thank you so much!

I have just recieved a rug I ordered on Saturday ,very quick delievery and very good quality the price I paid was very competitive but cheaper than a few other websites I will definatly be using them again. The only downfall I would say is ukmail said they were delivering it a day earlier and never showed up and when they did show up there was a hole in the packaging straight down to the rug luckily it was dirty on the underneath ,so maybe package the goods a little better
