Diabolical customer service. We still have an ongoing order. We were told a matress would take 2wks we are on 5 wks now and still havent got it. Phone calls dont get answered or he will say he will call never does. Im very unhappy and if we ever resolve this i will never use this place again. A big shame as their furniture is great and fantastic prices.
