Egamma. It Took Me Over A Year To Have The Corre

eGamma. It took me over a year to have the correct items delivered. Stock sent out damaged, stayed at home waiting for deliveries endless times and they never showed up, compnay never repsonded to letters and phone calls. Withough wanting to sound dramatic, it was all very stressful.

Eventually ended up with the correct order.

Egamma Took 8 Months To Deliver The Item I Ordered

eGamma took 8 months to deliver the item I ordered and that was after daily pestering. They then sent a young lad to deliver the table at night, with no assistance getting it into the house (it was too heavy to lift). Very poor service. I would not recommend using them. Awful customer care. The product was ok and their pricing is good but I would rather have paid more to not have had the problems.

i ordered in 2007 goods for 3000 £. first there were problems with my paying. i called them several times. after the fifth time i had a manager's direct number. i could call him after that every time. he changed my order list following my different wishes immediately. within half an hour i had the revised order list on my mail.after my payment was ok, i received the goods after about 4 weeks. the stuff was ok. reading the other comments i feel as though i had big luck not loosing my money. on the other hand i'm sure, that only disappointed people write comments here. the ones who were good of and content don't write here.

Good Range Of Contempory Furniture. In My Experien

Good range of contempory furniture. In my experience, item in stock but not delivered so left waiting 11 weeks, item poorly packaged and arrived damaged, no response to emails, no compensation as stated in their terms & conditions, no apology. Delivery price extortionate and not product specific. Disgraceful company with no morals would definitely not deal with again.

I have ordered an item a year ago and still have not received it. I have tried to contact the customer service and complaints but received no reply to my requests yet. Tried to call now - dead, no ringing at all. Tried to open website - just a blank page. Now I want to get money back but even not sure how!

I Ordered Two Tables From Egamma In March 2007, On

I ordered two tables from eGamma in March 2007, one was delivered in June and the other I was told would arrive the next week, guess what I still haven't received it. I was offered a substitute which was more expensive but they were willing to give it to me at the lower price. I accepted their offer but have not heard from them in the last 13 months. I feel like I may not see my money again.

I ordered 6 chairs from this company, I did not receive them. When I called the delivery date was rearranged but despite taking another day off work, no delivery. Since then i have been trying to get a refund for over a year.

Despite Having Bought A Few Beautiful Classic Piec

Despite having bought a few beautiful classic pieces of furniture for my new house which I love, I would not recommend this company to any of my friends or family. I bought from them in May 2007 and had been considering having another look and see if their customer service had improved as I need a few more bits and pieces but having read the reviews, I can see that nothing has changed. When I bought from them the delivery time was double the maximum time estimated on their website and each time I would try and ring to get an update, it was impossible to get through. The only way seemed to be emailing one person who would forward your email onto someone else and it appeared whenever that person decided he felt like responding to your email, he would. Even then I would have to try and chase it up and send several emails and make several telephone calls. I've never felt so badly treated before in my life and made to feel like I were hugely disrupting them when all I wanted to know was when the items would be delivered. The other problems I had was trying to sort out a delivery date to suit me, in which I was promised all items were being delivered in one batch but ended up receiving separately and then receiving the goods with one leg of the chair missing. I'm hugely disappointed that over one year later, they seem to have the very same problems with customer service. Life is stressful enough without adding more unnecessary stress. I have given them one point and this is because they stock some amazing classic pieces of furniture at reasonable prices, but I'd rather take my business elsewhere even if it means paying more.

I Ordered Chairs From Www.egamma.co.uk Last August

I ordered chairs from www.eGamma.co.uk last August and the £260 was taken from my credit card account the same day. The confirmatory email quoted 11 weeks delivery instead of the web site's seven. Eighteeen weeks later I got a phone call from eGamma offering delivery the next week. The chairs arrived on the day, and the boxes were opened with the courier present. The first chair seemed to have a large chunk missing (the broken off bit was not in the box), they were flimsy to the point of being unusable and upholstered in the wrong colour. I sent them back with the courier. I did not receieve any reply from my emails to eGamma so I asked for a refund from the credit card company. I wish I had found this review site before ordering.
