Hard to find an 18 tog down duvet. This allseasons one i ordered arrived on time and well packaged. A very warm duvet that buttons together rather than presstuds. A good purchase. Will use again.

Best Ever Purchase Of 100% Goosedown Duvet In The Uk
I have never ever found a goosedown duvet of the quality I got from duvetsinline. I can only say the service of same firm is excellent and very efficient.
The quality is 100% goosedown and if you follow the instructions correctly it will do exactly as stated. Since I left Germany almost 60 years ago I can only say that for the first time in my life I have found a duvet that compares favourably to those I was used to.
I can only say well done and thank you for all the help and prompt service .
I will definitely recommend you to all my friends.

Rogue Trader Warning
This is by far the worst online joke of a company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with! Ceo is the only person working under Duvets Online Ltd & this deceitful rogue trader is trading illegally! The goods he sells are unregulated fake imported rubbish! He manipulates his name, he manipulates his address, he abandons websites such as this one, the moment he has bad reviews, he owes countless people money & then goes bankrupt. He has had endless business failures & will rip you off in the blink of an eye. All of the items he sells online are likely to be hazardous! Avoid this clown & save yourself, buy elsewhere! I have made several copies of the large file that I have amassed on Pollitt which contains damning evidence, I've forwarded the copies to all of the major associations that will be investigating, prosecuting & jailing him.

Please do not make the mistake of buying from this company! My 'new' duvet arrived stained, stinking of cigarette smoke, without any labels or packaging in an old dry cleaning bag!
I did eventually get my money back although only because I got PayPal involved, but I am still out of pocket £16 for the return postage.
Please stay away!

I recently bought a100%hungarian White goose down kingsize duvet and 2 pillows , which were of the highest quality, better than I ever purchased in the UK before. Even the casings of the items were of a superior quality.
The duvet and pillows bring me right back to my childhood in Germany . I have not had bedding like it since I left Germany at the age of 18, I've lived in the UK for over 50 years.
The pillows are so soft and one sinks right into them and the duvet is just heavenly. Never slept better. I can't wait for winter just to feel the lightness and warmth of my bedding. I confidently recommend Duvets Online, since I'm sure you would be hard pressed to find any firm that is better , or that you would get better service, a very happy and satisfied customer.

Stinking And Used Bedding
Please search their address in case the sellers have changed the company name, as I suspect they will often need to. That way, you can check whether they are trading under a different name. I purchased an Airstream pillow from duvetsonline.co.uk in April 2014 which was advertised as having a "delicate spring system inside" and being "Designed to help you breathe more easily".
Well, what it didn't say was that it would be second hand!! When the box was opened, a smell of cigarette smoke poured out and very nearly choked the three people in the room. So much for "helping you breathe more easily". The pillow was supplied in a pre-opened clear plastic bag with a piece of brown packing tape holding it closed, looking very much like it had been opened, used and repacked again. It was disgusting.
The pillow itself was completely different to the description on the website. It was loosely packed with hollow-fibre and did not contain any springs whatsoever.I expected a top-quality pillow for the £24 charged. What I received was no better than a cheap, market stall rag, that stank and was clearly unfit for use.
I contacted the seller who was strangely not concerned to hear of my problems with the product! He told me to return it via Royal Mail for a full refund and promised to pay for the postage, which is his duty under the Distance Selling Regulations. He made an instant refund of the purchase price to my account at the end of the call, which gave me some confidence in him returning the postage costs when he received the item back.
But guess what? He didn't live up to his promise. I have made a number of phone call to him which seem to suddenly get cut off, unless his answerphone takes the call, where it works perfectly well. He has not replied I have emailed him a number of times - with nothing other than a automated "We'll get back shortly" response.
So I'm now down by the return postage cost of £8.00, which is probably 2 or 3 times the value of the piece of rubbish that he sent me in the first place.
Duvets online (duvetsonline.co.uk) of Huddersfield West Yorkshire should be avoided at all costs.
