Door Knockers Direct are a complete rip off. Unsure if they actually exist. There is no phone number or address on the website to complain, just email to which they never reply. Quite happy to take £35.99 out of my bank account 3 months ago and I have received nil. Not even an acknowledgement to many emails. DO NOT USE!

Oh so angry at being ripped off by these people ! took payment by debit card, received no order confirmation, no goods and no answers to the countless e-mails iv'e sent enquireing whats happened to my order. So stay well clear !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a dragonfly knocker from doorknockersdirect.co.uk on the 18th July. Website states all items in stock and usually delivered in 5 working days with parcel force and a tracking code can be requested. After 10 working days, I have had 0 correspondance, 0 delivery. The website has no telephone number, silly me, I never order from websites without a telephone number. I have used their webform twice to request an immediate update to the order status, being clear I will shortly request my money back through paypal. So far no response.

Attractive products at resonable prices.....uuuuhhhh only if you can actually get them to send it to you. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

This company is a division of exquisiteiving.co.uk, I would therefore stongly caution using that company as well.

I had to take this company to dispute with pay pal as they did not send my order out and did not respond to any of my correspondence to find out what had happened to my order. Fortunately pay pal did recover my money, however I would stay well clear of this company if you like any level of customer service. The website says that all products are in stock, I would be inclined to believe, and my experience would suggest, that this is not the case.
