Cue and Spa

Once the quick talking salesman had my check cashed, there was no courtesy whatsoever. My hot tub arrived without even an instruction manual, and my efforts to get a manual were met with "call the 800 number" on your contract. So much for the personal service we are all promised. I will surely keep my friends and family away from this place. It is interesting to note that I have now personally spoken with the owner and his staff at least 3 times and still no operating manual. Very shady.
