Furniture ordered on behalf of my mother in the UK.

I received excellent service from call centre staff when calling to discuss order. Delivery timeframes were accurate (infact order received earlier than initially communicated), staff exceptionally helpful.

I understand from my mother that the delivery men were great, furniture received very well packaged & no problem at all for the delivery men to assemble furniture & remove packaging.

Will absolutely order from CSN again & recommend you to others.

When you order something online you expect it to turn up. If it does then that should not be remarkable.

It's only when there is a problem that you get to properly test a company's customer service.

I ordered a knife from CSN stores, it was something I was looking for in particular and they were offering it at a very good price.

Sadly they sent me the wrong item but they responded quickly and apologetically to my email advising them of this and immediately despatched the correct item.

Mistakes happen and ultimately i'm very happy with their service.
