I bought a 4-seater sofa from them.  If as most people do u want to sit next to the arm, u can't as the seat drops MUCH lower than the rest of the sofa! The foam cushions tip right up and the back cushions tip forward. Couch say that there is nothing wrong with it! They also damaged my brand new door frame when bringing the sofa in and as I didn't see it until an hour later and then reported it, they say I have no proof! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING customer service! NEVER, EVER give ur money to these very unhelpful people!!!
