This carpet was supplied to our carpet retailer by Cheshires, Nottingham we had a problem with it pilling badly after only a few months - it looked dreadful. The retailer contacted Cheshires who were not prepared to replace it despite, in our opinion, it being not fit for the purpose, of poor quality and not lasting a resonable length of time which thus we felt contravened Sale of Goods Act. A company happy to sell you something but not so happy to help when something goes wrong! We did get a replacement carpet the cost of which had to be covered by our local carpet retailer.
