budget blinds came to house to give estimate. told house under construction, windows up but trim not. faxed window measurements to them. they called day before to give estimate to ensure "this is your price range.. afterall, i am coming all the way down from monmouth beach". came to house, looked around and said "appt too early, need to come back and charge a measuring fee". told them "nor did i know that trim was absolute must". they stated " we are done here.. i don"t do construction sites..i don"t need this & i don"t need you..you are not worth it!!!!
