ORDERED TWO BRACKETS OF THIS COMPANY,WHEN THEY FINALLY ARRIVED AFTER NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS AND E-MAILS,ONE BRACKET DIDNT EVEN FIT TV THE SECOND ONE HAD USEDF 2ND HAND PARTS INSIDE BOX. NO SATISFACTION AT ALL TRYING TO GET MONEY BACK. TOTALLY DISGUSTING FIRM THEY SHOULD BE NATIONALLY EXPOSED AND THEN MADE TO SHUT DOWN

I ordered and paid for a tv bracket, and I can see payment has gone through. I have however not received any confirmation, and am unable to get hold of them to ask about this.  I would never use them again.

I ordered from here because they promise next day delivery. When still waiting over a week later I realised I'd perhaps not chosen the best company to deal with. It finally arrived by which time I'd ordered one from somewhere else. I'd agreed with this company prior to doing that that they would refund my money if I returned it. However they flatly refused to cover the cost of the return postage which I suspect will be quite high as its a relatively heavy item. Still in negotiations which I haven't really got time for (I might not get my refund yet!), but really irritated by the pettiness and poor customer service. When there are so many good, customer focussed companies out there, there's just no point in dealing with people like this. AVOID!!

I bought a TV bracket online on Saturday at 4pm, realised I'd ordered it in Silver by mistake, phoned them 9am Monday morning and emailed them asking them to send it in black. A few emails exchanged about it but in the meantime the original silver bracket got delivered - a simple mistake on their part - they failed to stop the original shipment when notified that it was the wrong one. Fair enough. So I expected them to cover the cost of postage for exchanging, but they refused to - Amazon and most other online companies would.

Ordered the item but when it arrived the quality was very poor and cheap. Not worth the £33 I paid. Packaging looked like something you would find in a pound shop and I wouldn't trust putting my new TV on it. When I unpacked it there was a part missing (you have to assemble the hole mount yourself) so decided to return the item. You can't speak to anyone, everything is by email and the 'no quibble' returns policy is not that at all, they ask you fill in a form with lots of pointless questions and threaten that if you don't follow their procedure exactly you might not get your refund. I sent it back by their own courir (Yodel) so I could verify they have received it. Eventually got my money back but wasted 3 weeks on this.

Please don't bother with this company , I was initially happy with the quick delivery , after that it was all down hill. Part missing, contacted - sent out to me in normal delivery. Then the front conversion plate was too big and covered the fittings on the back of the TV, after me selecting the exact TV size and make when ordering. They send acknowledgement emails , then forward it to someone who never gets back. Recontacted time and time again, phoned sales dept. I am left with an unusable bracket. Disgraceful company, please stay away from them.

This shop is expensive and i thought i was getting quality, not the case cheep brackets arrived at top prices, i even gave my model of my tv and they sent the wrong bracket this was a bracket i could have purchased for £10 off ebay but it cost £39.99. They told me to return the product by mail and it cost £16 to return and they would not acknowledge it was there fault in the first place and give me a refund for the postage. They gave me a refund of £39.99 not a nice company or professional work force, i delt with some one on the emails and that is there only form of communication. I have the £120 bracket waiting to go up hope there is no problems with that or i will be even more out of pocket, stay clear at all costs of this crowd you will regret it.
