We ordered a chair and matching foot stool. The initial delivery was incredibly delayed. When the order turned up it was both damaged and the colour and material of the chair and stool didn't match. 3 months later we still have useless furniture and are getting no help at all. Our next step is to pursue this matter legally.

This is the worst online shopping experience I have had yet.

Ordered online after some research,spoke to sales team who were helpful and knowledgeable regarding the product. The cost of the wardroble was over £ 200.00 cheaper than rivals, so a great start. Delivery was quoted as between 7 and 14 working days. The item arrived within the time scale and was a good solid well constructed and good looking piece. The delivery team were extremely pleasant and helpful. So all in all an excellent internet experience. Product good, nice price, and professional service from all concerned. Will purchase again from this Company and would strongly recommend. Thats all folks.

From the moment I contacted Blu Haus regarding this item of furniture I found them very helpful and informative. I placed my order so that I was on the priority list, once the item came in I received a phone call to inform me of this. I placed the order which was followed up with a confirmation order and delivery confirmation, even giving me a time slot within an hour. On the day of delivery the transportation phoned me with an accurate time of arrival which was so helpful, as many people know there is nothing more annoying than waiting in all day for a delivery.

The bench seat is of great quality looks absolutely stunning in our hallway. Ideal for sitting on when putting our shoes on and I can hide all the kids junk, scarves, hats, dog lead etc in the hidden seat.
